Does Beiber even know what the Tea Party is? The only thing I know about this kid is that he is a teenage pop star and he is a little dense (he didn’t know that Germany was in Europe). My guess is that he did this show without having any idea what he was doing from a political standpoint.

There was some singer songwriter chick who released videos of her playing guitar at home. Except she'd already signed a contract (with Hollywood Records if I recall, another Disney product).
The videos were shot by the corporation and released to build her fame. Additionally corporations have been caught paying for click throughs and positive reviews on blogs so "40,00 views" may or may not reflect public taste.
Push it higher and your video becomes a "top recommendation" and goes viral.

I stopped watching Law and Order after Reese Hopkins got arrested. Two years later and still no trial. Why? Because they can’t win. They even brought new charges based on forged documents. Now they want a do over”, because they got caught.
Bellisario wasn't responsible for that. By last Fall he had already lost creative control of the show as a result of a power struggle with Mark Harmon. He's still listed as Executive Producer, but Harmon is the one who's driving the leftist agenda.
There have also been some undeserved criticisms of David McCallum in this thread. He's just hired talent and has to say what the writers tell him to. Harmon is the only big dog in the cast with the clout to impose his own agenda.

If true, that's a bummer. I never watched NCIS, but always kinda figured Harmon for one of the good guys.

I agree with you. I notice the coming attractions on TV last week for that one. I thought it wasn’t going to be good. I did not watch it for that reason. Now I will not watch that CSI anymore.
