Yesterday's wild shooting spree at the University of Texas fortunately ended without anyone being hurt before the gunman shot himself. Naturally, the incident has yet again raised the question over gun bans, such as the ban currently in effect at the University of Texas.
Do they actually do more harm than good?
Gun bans as the solution to gun violence has popped up again, covering different areas. It would have been nice if such bans had stopped criminals from using guns. But, alas, the results are invariably the same, whether the ban is put in place for college campuses, cities, or entire nations: gun bans disarm the law-abiding, not criminals. "Raised the question?" With whom? The effete liberals who run universities? 'Far as I know, they're delighted to let students get blown away by any one of the head cases they admit as students, all in the name of "campus safety," or maybe "marksmanship therapy." There was also a case, a few years ago, of a dude at the University of North Carolina who tried to mow down a crowd of his fellow students with an SUV. He was a moose-lim, though, and they have their own set of excuses.
None of these shooters has gone after the denizens of the Administration Building, 's far as I know, although those are probably protected by remote-control locks and video cameras in this day and age.
See my tagline.
Two of the most hated thing liberals hate are AK-47’s (Vietnam syndrome carryover) and Math Majors (absolute proven ((no consensous)) science). Someone Indiscriminately fired an AK-47 (right, they are everywhere and everyone has one) and Oh,yeah, since we know his name now and he’s a student, he’s a math major. Yup, Shephard Smith has me fooled. Oh, did I mention he’s was carrying and firing a AK-47?
