Congressman Frank Wolf (R-Va.) says it's time for answers, and he's tired of the Department of Justice "stonewalling" him. He's referring to allegations from current and former DOJ attorneys that leadership within the department has advised employees that voting rights laws are meant to protect minorities, not whites, and will be enforced accordingly.
Wolf says other DOJ employees, who wish to remain anonymous, have made similar allegations. "I made it very clear to Eric Holder he ought not to be pushing these people around, that they should be encouraged to go forward and testify openly," Wolf says.
The Virginia Republican says he, and other members, have repeatedly asked House Judiciary Committee Chairman John Conyers (D-Mich.) to launch a congressional probe. That has yet to happen, but if Republicans retake the House on November 2nd, there is a strong possibility that will change.
It is clear that commissioners now hearing the case view the testimony and evidence very differently. Todd Gaziano, who holds one of the independent seats, says the reasons behind the decisions regarding the New Black Panther case equal "a scandal of epic proportions," Gaziano says.

The whole Obama admin is BURNT TOAST and any number of the clique are headed to jail, least of them Holder. It will be a chaotic situation after 2Nov and it won’t matter if they have resigned before or not.

I think the Republicans need to look at something else also. If the boys and girls in the black robes want to continue legislating from the bench, they should be required to be elected to the “courts” by We the People. We need a bill.

I hope he does, and there ought to be some 536 Congress Critters in both houses demanding Holder’s scalp over this, but I won’t hold my breath till that happens.
As long as Conyers in on the Judiciary Committee, Eric Holder has nothing to worry about.
Asking a communist like COnyers to investigate anyone to the right of Joe Stalin is like asking Adolf Hitler if he wants to go to rabbinical school.

ANy congressional investigation of communist infiltration of Congress would have as its first target, John Conyers Jr.
This is the most outrageous thing that's arisen from the NBP intimidation case. It's not just Holder and a couple of his appointed flunkies but a number of career attorneys at DOJ.
Hopefully the sunlight shone on this will change it in a hurry.
Not going to happen. The only justice we're going to see executed from this point forward will not be coming from the government.

Please don't be thinking about holding your breath.
Not a bill but an Amendment with specific provisions for dismissal from bench for “excessive legislative exuberence”.
But more of my point is when the “nut-cutting” is being setup it should be aired on national TV as was Watergate and NPR/PBS will be required to air the proceedings as per their “subsidy”.

I believe you’re probably correct but it wouldn’t surprise me to see Holder resign to spend more time with his family in the not too distant future.
It’s fairly certain we’ll take the House and gain seats in the Senate, holder won’t be comfortable spending a lot of time on the Hill answering questions.
An amendment if we can get it. The “judges” now have powers never given to them by the U.S. Constitution. The bass turds just took them. They’ve got to be stopped. They are out of control.
Eric Holder MUST be removed from Office.
