Oh that is rich. As gov. of Arkansas Clinton set up a program to get prisoners to donate blood. He skimmed the profits and many of these men had blood born diseases. The blood went to a canadian bloodback and many many canadians were infected. Clinton knew at the time this was the case and he continued the practice. I am sure the stories are still in the FR archives.

Ohhh, there are, there are. This sorry episode had receded in my mind. I guess "they" count on that. The topic of HIV and HEP infected blood from Arkansas prisons was hotly discussed near the end of Clinton's term. There were detailed descriptions of how the prison was run as a blood products farm, and less detailed, but convincing descriptions of the relations between Bill and the prison system officials.
The Progressofacists will re-write that out of history at some point, just as the Right is likened to the Nazis now.
