Actually, it goes further than that. They don't have to abide by labor laws, they can add on duties, avoid paying overtime and the illegal rarely complain, and many times they don't pay benefit etc...That's why the wealthy many times use illegal aliens clearing houses, other wise known as domestic, "Employment agencies" which everyone knows are staffed with illegal aliens that wont bitch or make demands for the most part...It puts all the blame and liability on the agencies, and limits liability on the wealthy. This is nothing new.

Is that supposed to be what was actually received? It’s not what Gloria is holding up in the clip - you can see that one has an itemized structure to it which isn’t on the TMZ image you posted. The image Gloria shows clearly has a signature and there’s no signature on the W-2 notice! It does have the same warning about taking no adverse action against the employee that the Social Security Administration “no match” letter does.

It's probably another page of the same letter and Allred is just showing the cover letter that has the note on it.

The husband’s note (if it’s actually his writing) was written on a letter from the Social Security Administration to the EMPLOYER. Whitman is the one who reported the wages and paid the applicable withholding and employer taxes so the letter went to her.

I mean it's a serious error for Nicky to claim to have found the letter in the garbage when it contains a note from the husband to Nicky.
