Thanks for the post!
defines global governance to be ...
"the framework of rules, institutions, and practices that set limits of the behavior of individuals, organizations and companies."
Wonderful.....

There isn’t going to be global governance, yet.
Americans will not give up their Sovereignty.
Yet.

Americans will not give up their Sovereignty.
But the "Progressives" will do it for them at a large extra charge. Remember Obama wants to even the playing field by his own admission and that means we come down vis a vis all other countries. Think half way between Zimbabwe and the USA standard of living/freedom wise.

If it is at a critical juncture, then this is a great time to permanently derail it.
The Tea Party Congress needs to make an unequivocal repudiation of the superiority of any "international law" over the Constitution, period, and criminalize adoption or reference to any foreign law as a basis for domestic legal opinion.

I always thought the bigger kooks and conspiracy nuts were the ones who kept denying there was a move for Global Governance....heck this is the same people who deny the Council of Foreign Relations exists, when they publish their ideas in Foreign Affairs magazine.
NAFTA, EU, WTO, and all these other international and regional groups are just fore-runners of Global Governance

The greater the concentration of power, the greater the tendency to corruption. Why? Socialism is one-stop-shopping for those who buy influence; it is far cheaper to buy politicians than to pay for the assets they control.
See tag line. I've been saying it for ten years here on FR, to little avail.

I don’t buy the “yet” yet. Won’t ever.
We’ve all seen this movie played out both ways. Enough Americans will resist this to the last for two reasons: first, we have a long, illustrious history of rebelling against tyranny; and second, the vast majority of Americans are very patriotic.
Try to remove the very foundation of patriotism and freedom, and even less patriotic and freedom loving peoples would resist. Simply put, enough of us would never go willingly into that dark night, and we would not be coerced either.

The shift to a multipolar world is complicating the prospects for effective global governance over the next 10 yearsAWWWW! How terribly sad, really.
To: cj in tx
Globalists would have mankind believe there are no problems, only solutions that lie just around the next bend.
Even as they frantically construct the next bend.
There is only One way for humanity and His name is Jesus.
Thanks for raising the subject.

IMHO that is why the 'elites' have been aggressively shoving the PC notions of all cultures are equal, moral equivalence, etc. down our throats. Also why the country has been flooded with people, legal and illegal, from third world countries who have no allegiance to the US or its traditional ethics and culture, all in the name of 'compassion' or 'compassionate conservatism'.
