That’s amazing. I watched for a little while and one of the hosts, right after Ed left, announced to the crowd that they had satellite photos that showed they had more people than Beck.

Thanks 40, was initially thinking along the lines of simplifying the post but the image does make for "one stop shopping". :)

I'm figuring that C-Span thought that the Beck image would not only cover for the sparse crowds but also convey the false notion that today's crowd wasn't made up of a bunch of Commie lovin' Kooks.

I don't dare click on the link but a Google search revealed the HuffPo is billing it as "Tens of thousands". Clearly it was not so the lies have already begun.

It's in the way they say these things that allow them to fall back later.

EX: ".. announced to the crowd that they had satellite photos that showed they had more people than Beck".

The fall-back RAT answer would be something like .. "We were saying that there were satellite photos that showed .. There were more people at Beck's 8/28 rally than just Glenn Beck".
