Oh brother, do I ever hear ya. If it were up to me I’d toss everyone in government OUT and replace them with random people picked from a pool of those who had successfully made it in the Real World[tm] working for at least 10 years.

It’s gotten to the point where the political machines have taken over, and you either have to be an entrenched bureaucrat, or a multi-millionaire (or both) to be able to win political office.

Lots of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

And Judges like this one who have been bribed

A Palm Beach County judge ruled in favor of law firm Shapiro & Fishman today, saying the state attorney general has no power to subpoena or investigate law firms.

Judge Jack S. Cox quashed a subpoena filed by the attorney general seeking information regarding Shapiro & Fishman's forelcosure-related practices.

Cox said it is the Florida Bar's responsibility to investigate law firms, not the attorney general.

blech!

Florida's AG is McCollum (R) FWIW

That’s outrageous , the bar ISN’T an arm of the government.. If I were the AG I’d have the judge reprimanded and publicly do something to effectively demonstrate that the AG does have the power and authority to perform an investigation.

Interesting. There may be a market for purchasing those properties subject to the existing debt.
