My take from the video was that he’d be dealing with these foreign heads of state for the next 8-10 years much like other former presidents continue to deal with other foreign leaders, not in capacity as President of the United States, but as a former president that still holds tremendous power and influence. Something like the Clinton Global Initiative.

Math issues aside, I'm concerned that he might actually mean it, and further, mean 8-10 more years, beyond now. Ie. a third term, as Clinton wished he could have, or no more 'terms' at all. After all, lots of dead dems still vote in places like Chicago, and voter intimidation has been reported and remains uncontested in places - his supporters may just be ready to try to keep him in office after his time runs it's usual course.

The last binary is the open or closed hands position
so with hands apart that would equal the 0 in binary and
hands together would equal the 1 in binary. So visually
11111 11111
0 (hands apart) = 1023
11111 11111
1 (hands together) = 2047
