If the economy’s as flat next winter as it is now, isn’t it a damn near certainty? Obama’s approval rating will be deep in the toilet and Republican candidates will be energized to take on a weak incumbent. His only option will be to jolt the electorate and convince them that term two would be different from term one by welcoming the Clintons aboard. Electing the first woman VP — and anointing her as the likely nominee in 2016 — would help bring home women voters who’d grown tired of Hopenchange and would give Hillary Democrats a reason to turn out. And as much of a headache as it’d be to have Bill around the White House again, his high favorable ratings could only help Obama. Besides, Hillary’s proved herself to be a team player thus far; if Obama had any worries about her backbiting behind the scenes when he named her Secretary of State, they’re surely assuaged to some extent now.

Having Biden as VP is the best life insurance policy that Obama could ever have. By replacing him with Hillary, Obama will be signing his own death warrant. Anyone seen Bruce Lindsey lately?

There is no way Hillary is going to play second fiddle to Obama on a ‘12 ticket.
I guess the press powers that be are keenly aware of that absolute stupidity biden projects. They just do not talk about it. So now they are pushing for this ticket because they think it will help with the votes and know biden’s comments would be used with abandon by republican opponents in a campaign. Big time. Ah well...we are clearly leaning who the socialists, marxists and communists are in our nation. The enemy within.
If the ticket is on the table, where is the birth certificate?
I’ll say it again, we ignore the appeal of the Clinton’s and the memories of “Clinton’s economy” at our own risk.
Biden take one for the team voluntarily? I highly doubt that. It will cost them finacially and they will have to pave the way for Biden’s son to move up the political ladder fast.

It would mean Hillary gets tarnished with Obama’s incompetence - something she’s more-or-less avoided so far.
Hillary needs to strike out on her own, and challenge Obama in 2012 for the top spot!

I wonder if someone even bothered to tell Biden before Woodward went public with this story. Be sad if he found out like this.
