Without passing any judgment on the intended target here, if the courts have ruled that people have no reasonable expectation of privacy in their own driveway (such that LE can place devices and track people) then I say LE has no expectation of keeping stuff that they donated to your car. The tracker is his, now. This police state crap is getting out of hand.

What ever happened to the good o'l days when the spooks provided suspected men they needed intel on, a nice, busty, horny, girlfriend who would kiss-n-tell?

One rule persists with Jihadists, and that being they don't get laid much, except from other male jihadists.

Islam + Sexual Issues = Jihad. It's that simple.

The suspect should have fedex’d the tracking device to Tiajuana Mexico and kept his mouth shut.

I don’t know if it’s good or bad—but it sure seems weird.......Apparently, this young man has a clean record.

Normally, I’d sympathize.

Then I saw that his father was a Muzzie.

Sorry - sympathy off.

If you attach something to someone’s property, it then belongs to them.
This is the basis for it being illegal to remove light fixtures, light bulbs, TV antennas and such from a building if you move.

“Yasir.” If they were tracking him, they had good reason.

They should all be tracked.

This was probably a red herring, there are tracking devices that can be used that are truly works of engineering.

They can be almost anything, even inside a working oil filter thats just been replaced, or a wiper blade.

If these people are so offended, perhaps they should move to Saudi. Then they wouldn’t have anything to bitch about.

Sorry, I don’t buy it. I will take my chances with the Muslims before we have a country where every vehicle is tracked 24/7 by the government. And that’s where this is headed.

Full GPS tracking of vehicles has already been proposed in several states. Full Internet tracking by the government is already the practice in many countries, including Great Brittan, and has recently been floated by Obama’s Orks.

If we don’t stop this now loss of privacy now, our ability to remain free people will be gone in a generation.

You are correct unless fedgov.con did the attaching.
Then they have the right to recover the property, force you to pay for any damage you may have done to gov property and press charges against you for interfering with a fedgov.con investigation.

Welcome to the new world order which is actually satans master plan to enslave the human race and take as many souls to hell for eternity as possible all the while giving God the middle finger.

I Know a guy that places these things for the FBI. Believe me the hoops they have to jump through to get one places is not a casual thing,(despite what the media says) So if they are tracking you, they have a hell of a reason to think they need to.

Could be a diversion.

Place "tracking" devices on cars of innocent people with mideast origins , and when they're discovered, the public outcry becomes too loud, and laws are passed blocking the FBI, thereby freeing the actual muzzies to do what they want.

Just a wild theory. But with an administration where up is down and down is up, and where right is wrong and wrong is right, nothing would surprise me.
