Yet he had no problems finding time to sue Arizona for trying to enforce Federal law...
I truly & sincerely sympathize for the families of the murdered soldiers. Yet they should know better than to put “Photo-Op Faith” in a child that promises much and accomplishes nothing of actual value.
It’s hard to understand why Eric “nation of cowards” Holder spends all of his working hours wringing his hands with indecision about the venue of terrorist trials and the treatment of a handfull of Guatanomo prisoners. He seems incapable of making a decision on these issues and moving on to other legal issues that actually have some impact on U.S. citizens.
The list, ping
Let me know if you would like to be on or off the ping list
They're not alone.
Here is my report from August when I spoke with Mrs. Clodfelter.

Actually he's VERY involved with making decisions on issues that have almost immediate and devastating effect on US citizens. Expedient trials of terrorists seems not on high on his list. Also not high on the list is making sure election votes for members of the US military are distributed and counted by each state of the union.
HOT priorities would be playing golf, amnesty for illegal aliens, inflicting some form of cap and trade upon us (carbon credit @^(&), raising our utility bills massively, raising taxes to cover democrat party caused US financial debt, badmouthing conservatives, George Bush, Fox News and AM radio talk show hosts, and campaigning nationwide for democrat candidates that are awaiting election judgement for what they've wrought upon us despite our pleas to vote the will of the people.
Gee,0bama lied? We finally got him, now we can point it out to the media and . . .Oh,never mind.
God help us all and may November 2nd be the beginning of We The People taking back our country.

Well, when he has nine DOJ attorneys who used to represent or advocate for terrorist detainees in the private sector writing legal memos for him, it makes more sense. Plus, I think he’s caught in no-man’s land on closing Gitmo- between the opinion of a lot of people who are fine with keeping it open (for the most part)- and the hard left who were promised by candidate Obama that it would be closed. So he’s trying to sweep it under the rug.
Not to mention the fact that if something doesn’t appeal to Holder’s ideology, he simply won’t do anything about it (i.e. the military ballots scandal, the NBPP ordeal, the USS Cole trial, etc...)
Thanks for the report, doug from upland.
There’s an inter-agency process that is being worked through, and certainly our hope is, now that we have a reformed commission system, that it’s a process that can start soon,
This pretty well says it all. Gibbs at his best Baghdad Bob impression.
ANd note, not a peep of protest comes out of the Rinos on this issue... cowards.
When you vote someone into the presidency without the experience of a hot-dog stand manager, you get turd-in-the-punchbowl results.
He's a liar, a traitor, a commie, and who knows what else.
Zer0 votes...present, again.
Or,
"Last year, Holder authorized a special prosecutor to conduct a new inquiry to determine if similar unauthorized interrogation methods crossed the line into criminal conduct. "
Obama makes me sick.
0bama will likely pardon this creep on his way out in 2012.
