A woman accused of throwing a cat locked in a carrier into the water to drown appeared before a judge today, saying her boyfriend was to blame for the horrific abuse the cat endured.
Missy Krack told the judge she waited in the truck as Giovanni Estrada dumped the cat into McKay Bay. Investigators say Krack was likely the victim of abuse herself, and was probably not a willing participant in the abuse of the cat.

If someone placed these two in crates and placed them on a perch above Tampa Bay I will drive by and give them a push.
Oddly enough, this has been the traditional way of disposing kittens. In a bag, in the river. The lovely movie “Whistle Down the Wind” begins with this sad tale.
I am not going to comment on what I think should happen to this duo.
Harming animals this way is sociopath behavior, and I think sociopaths should be executed.
So there’s my opinion.
No the lastest reseach says there is no corulation between sociopaths and people who harm animals.
Other wise the millions of hunters would be sociopaths.
A bullet to the head would have been faster. We have millions of extra cats I see nothing wrong with doing away with one of them.
I’m surprised that you would equate this deviant to a hunter. Are you saying hunters are deviants?
People who torture cats are sociopaths. There is your correlation.
The other posted said that people who hurt animals are sociopaths. Every hunter I know hurts animals thats just part of hunting if you can tell me a way to kill them while hunting with out hurting them.
What I was really getting at who care if another cat dies. There is no shortage of house cats every week in the paper there are dozens of cats who the local animal shelter wants people to take. Personaly the population of animals there could be taken care of with a couple boxs of 22 shells. Saving lots of time and money.
Lots of people care, as you will soon discover I'm sure.
There is no shortage of people either so by your logic we can thin them out as well.
No matter how much you want to belive other wise animals are not people.
If you want to spend your time and money on stray animals go right ahead. It is a total waste of good resources in my opinion.
The following message is from my cat to you:
Wayull, riverrunt, yew jess mayk yer way rayohnd the beeyund thur with all that smart talkin yer doin. Ah don't wan ta never sees the lahks of yew in these here parts agin.
I'm in perfect agreement with that statement. I have a natural aversion to people who have the kind of opinion you do about pets, so I'll make it a point to see that we do not cross paths at Free Republic again. You're just a little too redrum creepy for me.
I have a natural aversion to people like you who elevate animals to a higher moral plain then they belong. Who can not come to grips with the facts of life and nature.
That dogs, cats and other anmials are useful and nice to have around but they are property of the owner. Not the other way around.
