SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 15 (UPI) -- A California non-profit is urging sponsors to pull their ads from Fox News Channel, because of "a would-be assassin inspired by" Fox personality Glenn Beck.
The Tides Foundation, which says it promotes human rights, justice, and a healthy, sustainable environment, has come in for frequent criticism on Beck's show. A suspect in a July 28 shootout with police, Byron Williams, told police in an affidavit he had intended to go to the Tides Foundation's office in San Francisco and kill founder and Chief Executive Officer Drummond Pike.

So the people who have no disposable income are going to Boycott. Hells Bells.
The Tides Foundation is funded by Teresa H. Kerry and other Dems. P!ss on all of them!!!
Who cares what that hate America foundation says.
When Drummond Pike started this little commie money-laundering operation he used to brag about how his books were "squeaky clean." This guy is a thug of the first order, who single-handedly channeled the money to shut down massive hunks of the Pacific Coast timber, aluminum, and fishing industries, first with spotted owls and then with a bogus salmon listings. His machinations wrecked families, forcing a generation of kids to grow up in that region with no hope and no future, drug addled and suicidal.
I want this creep in jail.
Another bunch of liberals having trouble with their methane release valve.
I say we pull our support from them for supporting Tides. How about that?
BINGO. They're haters - they hate 'everything and everyone' conservative...
A California non-profit....Stopped reading there.
Beck beats on The Tides Foundation all the time as well as a lot of lefty outfits that would never be exposed if not for his show. I am surprised they have not assassinated him!
Tides Foundation is a marxist led pressure group. Has close ties with the Jay Rockefeller and evil scions. Real America haters wrapped in a green blanket.
Never let a near catastrophe go to waste...
Well, that will make Fox’s ratings go up a few more points!
Just add fuel to the fire, DUmmies!
“The Tides Foundation is funded by Teresa H. Kerry and other Dems.”
Boycott Ketchup! (Specifically Heinz).
He's a Democrat plant, paid very well for a few weeks of psychological observation before they cut him loose under pre-arrangement.
Any advertiser that drops Beck or FOX will only make room for the scores of 'em lined up with cash in hand, waiting for a shot at the best advertising market on cable.
Dembiciles are such stupid douchebags. They fool only themselves, and maybe a few of their "gimme some reparations" handout lemmings.
“Boycott Ketchup! (Specifically Heinz).”
Sheesh! People say that all the time on FR.
Terresa Heinz Kerry has NOTHING to do with Heinz Company or ketchup. It belonged to her late husband, the one who was a Republican Senator, and the company was sold eons ago.
Of course, Fox can’t yield to this.
Having said that, I’ve gone from being a big Beck Supporter to thinking he’s jumped the shark. If I want to watch a televeangelist, I’ll turn on Jimmy Swaggart (he’s still around, isn’t he?).
Byron Williams’ “shootout” and subsequent survival and very convenient explanation seem like a total setup to me.
