Illegal immigrant goes to prison for 6 years after raping a 16 year old

DEERFIELD TOWNSHIP, Ohio (FOX19) - An illegal Mexican immigrant will spend the next 6 years in prison for raping a 16 year old in June.

Armando Hernandez was convicted of all charges against him, Friday. He was convicted of abducting, raping and attempting to rape the 16 year old girl at the Red Roof Inn in Deerfield Township.

Hernandez raped the 16 year old 3 times in one hour.

He has a Immigration and Customs Enforcement holder, meaning that he will probably be deported back to Mexico after his prison sentence is up.

The 16 year old did not her attacker which is something that is rare in Warren County. Most rape cases in Warren County involve people that know each other.

I recently reported on the arrest of Mexican national Jose Lopez Madrigal in Edmonds, Washington for rape. Early reports indicated that he had been previously deported four times. However, through confidential law enforcement sources and government documents, the investigative news team at KING 5 in Seattle has discovered that Madrigal has actually been deported back to Mexico a total of nine times.

On the evening of May 16, a police officer responding to a woman’s cries for help, caught Madrigal, 46, on top of a woman, raping her. Madrigal had forced the woman into the bushes behind a Safeway in Edmonds, Washington... The 28-year-old rape victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment. Madrigal reportedly told police: “Sometimes we have control in our brains, but we make mistakes.” Madrigal has been charged with rape, and is also being held on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainer.

Police report that the illegal alien has a total of 35 different aliases. Due to his numerous aliases, police had to rely on fingerprint records to identify Madrigal. Madrigal has a lengthy crimial record in this country, dating back to 1989, when he was convicted of theft with a firearm in California. After that, he was deported twice, before his next arrest on this side of the border. In 1999, he was arrested for drug distribution in San Diego and San Francisco. For a little girl who spent this weekend lying in a Massachusetts hospital, the debate over illegal immigration isn’t... Springfield police have charged 22-year-old Edlizar Mazariegos with aggravated rape of a child with force.

Mazariegos, who regularly traveled up and down the East Coast without a driver’s license, is an illegal immigrant. As of this writing, he is on the run from Massachusetts police - likely for the first time ever. He’s certainly had no need to run before.

This is, after all, “Welcoming Massachusetts,” where liberal Democrats openly support benefits for criminal immigrants and oppose immigration law enforcement. Gov. Deval Patrick isn’t just ambivalent about border security, he’s openly hostile. He shut down Gov. Mitt Romney’s state police immigration-enforcement program and - in a moment of wince-inducing irony - was on my radio station repeating his opposition to local immigration enforcement even as the Herald was reporting the story of Heidi’s rape on its Web site.

This weekend, Gov. Jan Brewer of Arizona will be in Boston for the National Governors Association meeting. She’ll be greeted by protesters from groups who support Patrick’s pro-illegal stance, like the far-left ANSWER Coalition and the Party for Socialism and Liberation. Edlizar Mazariegos, 22, used the name Edy Gonzales is wanted for aggravated rape of a child with force. Mazariegos. Described as 5'3", a heavy build and was last seen driving a blue Dodge Durango with two white racing stripes down the hood and roof. The vehicle has a South Carolina license plate number of FSX-544, a dented passenger door and a novelty front license plate with an eagle on it.

You remind me of my favorite Uncle. I remember years ago, he made a comment about the electric chair and said he’d pull the switch with no problem and that he really thought there should be an electric “couch,” so we could get rid of three of them at once. FWIW, he was a Green Beret and retired from the U.S. Army after a long career.
