VFW moves to dissolve PAC's board

The National Commander of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Richard Eubank, has moved to amend his organization's bylaws to dissolve its PAC, which is run independently.
The PAC endorsed Democratic incumbents starting with Nancy Pelosi based on their votes on a relatively small number of votes to do with veterans in a year when many VFW members are siding against Democrats on broader policy concerns, and the PAC has already refused the VFW's entreaty that it "rescind" its endorsement.
"[T]he recent endorsement decisions have, in fact, harmed the VFW’s reputation and future ability to fulfill our mission," writes Eubank in a memo to members posted on the milblog BlackFive, citing negative publicity. "I cannot let this erosion of public support for our great organization continue."

Little liberal cabals are really great a seizing control of things. They do this sort of thing all the time in local government, packing board with friends and co-travellers. They have turned many a charity started by rich capitalists into leftist instruments of social destruction. Think about the Ford foundations support for La Raza, for instance.
Other than "Constant Vigilance" I'm not sure what the solution is to prevent this.
Good for the VFW for pulling their charter.

We have a bunch of dim libs who are using the “endorsement” of the VFW in their ads... shameful....

They are indeed good at siezing control of things. Look at the major churches in the US.
they grab power at the top and then start dictating to the peasants.
they get on boards, etc. and then take advantage of all the work, volunteer contributions, volunteer labor, time and effort that has gone into creating the organization.
they are raiders. Like the Vikings descending on peasant villages. Grab all the products that the villagers have struggled to produce. Grab, smash and go.

Other than "Constant Vigilance" I'm not sure what the solution is to prevent this. Ditch PC and call a spade a spade. They'll get over it. Then start spanking asses in every legal way possible like they are doing here.
