The Hague - A witness for the prosecution testifying in the trial of wartime Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic, told the United Nations war crimes tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), that the Bosnian Muslim army at least on one occasion fired at their own people to blame the Serbs during 1992-1995 war. Canadian general David Fraser, who served with the UN peacekeepers in Bosnia, told the tribunal that Bosnian Serbs shelled the capital Sarajevo “excessively and unselectively” during 44-month siege, But “at least in one case”, it was determined that a mortar fired from Muslim positions hit the centre

In fact the whole problem in Kosovo was the Albanians, who appear to be universally hated in the region. These people average ten or twelve children per family, and attempt to ensconce themselves into little corners of other peoples' countries and breed for fifteen or twenty years until they constitute a majority population in those corners, and then break those corners off into their "greater Albania".

Even Albanians in Albania want no part of incorporating Kosovars into Albania.

The best show there will ever be in our lifetimes will be watching Serbian tanks roll back into Kosovo.

People don’t like to think about it much, but for most of human history women, at least most women, got very little say as to who they would have sex with.

For a woman who had been “given in marriage” to a stranger, and essentially raped on her wedding night to be able to then fall in love with him and live a happy life was very much a pro-survival trait. Misery and thoughts of revenge would not help her situation in the slightest. She was stuck and had better make the best of it.

Not that I approve of this, but this is what life was like for most women. Which makes the claims of modern feminists that western civ, just about the first civilization to give women a choice in these matters, is uniquely oppressive of women very strange.

As long as buffoon sock puppets like Boris Tadic remain in power, that scenario will have to wait.

Slovenia was attacked by the united Yugoslav Army (NOT “the Serbs”)

Serbia was the dominant force in what remained of Yugoslavia at the time and tried to prevent through military means the secession of first Slovenia and then Croatia. Milosevic was behind that conflict. Do you remember the siege and shelling of Dubrovnik? True, Karadjic and Mladic were not involved in the initial attacks on Slovenia and Croatia, but were absolutely at the spearhead in Bosnia-Herzegovina. I didn't make that clear enough in my earlier post. I'm not saying whether it was "fair" whether Orthodox Serbs had a right to secede or not; the point I'm making is the the center of the orbit in the Balkans was in Belgrade, and that regime was the main driver, supplier and supporter of the ethnic trouble in the former Yugoslav states.

If ethnicity is everything and ownership and sovereignty don't mean anything anymore, then what are we going to say when the UN comes here demanding that we hand Texas, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and California over to Mexico on the same perverted basis?

On that point I agree with you. I never stated Kosovo should be forcibly disjointed from Serbia. It absolutely was a mistake to sever it, and I asked the same question you did... what if the UN pushed for the same vis-a-vis the American southwest. My argument is in a narrow lane here... my point was the majority of the violence that ensued from the breakup of Yugoslavia originated from Belgrade.

The main driver of the breakup of Yugoslavia, and the ensuing violence, was not Belgrade, but Washington!!!! They did it for geopolitical reasons not to “protect human rights”. And they colluded with the Nazi terrorist Bosnian muslims, the Nazi terrorist Kosovo Shiptars, and the Nazi Croats.

Now one of the main villains in the whole sorry episode, Joe DioGuardi, is a Republican candidate for the Senate in New York. And the Federal government, with some of the same people who messed over the Balkans advising obama (e.g, Brzezinski, Soros) are treating our own Arizona as another Serbia!!!! Then there is the issue of Israel, and of Administration support of muslim fifth columnists in our own country.

Defend Serbia, Republika Srpska, Arizona, and Israel!!!! And let’s get our own house in order!!!!

You are way over your head. How does one attack their own country?

Start here, who was the president of Yugoslavia when Slovenia staged it’s illegal and violent secession?

In the nominal or realistic sense? Do you contend Serbia was not the dominant power in Yugoslavia?

...then Croatia. Milosevic was behind that conflict.

ScotttinVa: The catalyst of the first wave of the war can easily be attributed to the new constitution introduced by (Ultra-Nationalist) Franjo Tudjman, which stripped the Serbs in Croatia of many of their rights, refusing, amongst other things, to accept the right of the Serb minority within Croatia – a majority in the Krajina – to self determination.

How was it a dominant power? You still didn’t answer my question, and after answering that one why don’t you look at who occupied the senior command positions in the JNA.

The only Yugoslav soldier to die in Slovenia was a Slovene helicopter pilot.
