Twice the venue had to be changed just to accommodate the crowd of 1,800 that attended the debate. Eventually they settled on the Duluth Convention Center. Needles to say, Cravaack's supporters showed up in force and they made sure that Oberstar knew they were there. The Duluth News Tribune reported that his supporters were rowdy and angry, but I truly wonder how much of the reporting was biased to make Chip's supporters look bad. After all, we have plenty of proof that the MSM has been trying to make Tea Party members and other supporters of conservative look like barbarians.

What truly made the crowd go crazy from the start was a question asked of all the candidates. The moderator asked them all what their first priority would be if elected to Congress. When it was his turn, Chip did not disappoint his supporters because he said without hesitation,that he would "get rid of Obamacare''. Gee, given the outright blatent tilt of the press coupled with skydiving newspaper advertising dollars, what will journalists do once there is no vehicle to pay them for their opinion? I am trying to figure out how they sell their resume and to whom they would submit it.

Throughout the debate, Congressman Oberstar repeatedly scolded those in attendance. In fact, he shouted to audience members who disagreed with him and arrogantly called them "members of the Flat Earth Society." When asked about the stimulus, Congressman Oberstar repeatedly said "the federal government creates jobs." When asked about ObamaCare, he angrily pointed at the audience claiming their health care is better after this law. When asked about his steadfast support for the cap-and-trade national energy tax and America's Commitment to Clean Water Act, Congressman Oberstar replied: "If you want clean water, join the Supreme Court."

The thing that amazes me is the blind self destructive fanaticism of left wing bias in the media. Network news, magazines, newspapers, are all imploding. And they never even consider trying to differentiate their news products with a more "fair and balanced" viewpoint.

Considering what money grubbing greedy SOBs the typical liberals is that shows how much they hate the truth.
