It is now confirmed by USWGO News that the DSM-IV-TR Manual labels free thinkers, non conformers, civil disobedient advocates, those that question authority, and people considered hostile toward the government (aka Oath keepers and local militias) as mentally ill with the illness titled oppositional defiant disorder or ODD.
It was reported on October 8 2010 from OffTheGrid News that anybody who is disobedient, defiant, a free thinker, or even considered hostile toward authority was to be labeled by psychiatrists as Mentally Ill.
Now I have got my hands on a ebook version of the year 2000 version of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders DSM-IV-TR Fourth Edition (Text Revision) By the American Psychiatric Association version DSM-TV-TR (The non TR Version was said to be older and so I got the newer one which had the information that Off The Grid News warned about).
Now as I search up the keywords oppositional defiant disorder on adobe reader I found exactly what Off The Grid News was talking about. So it is now Confirmed basically that anyone who disobeys authority or even questions authority is now considered mentally ill and can be thrown in a prison-like mental institution under tax payers dollars.

The DSM-IV does not say that anyone who questions or disobeys authority figures is mentally ill.
It regards a pathological attitude in which an individual only acknowledges authority if the authority rules in that person's favor and ignores or attacks authority figures if they are ruled against.
There is an enormous difference between the mind that disobeys an illegal order or an unjust law as a reasoned act of civil engagement, and the mind that believes that no laws or rules apply to him and that he is free to disobey any authority or break any law if he feels he is being personally inconvenienced.
A normal person realizes that sometimes a law can be beneficial to the community and to himself as a whole, but can simultaneously be onerous or burdensome to him at this particular point in time.
Funny “coincidence”. Yesterday, a guy was messing with his iPhone and accidentally played approximately 4 notes of the Tommy Tutone version out loud.
It was stuck in my head the rest of the day.
You'd be hard-pressed to find someone in this administration who does NOT have one of those.
>This is about controlling firearms and preventing their sales to persons with previous diagnoses of mental illness.<
Bingo! Those individuals with a history of mental illness lose the right to possess firearms.
The first comment made by my spouse when I read this article to him - “they’re angling to disarm anyone who disagrees with them”.
Poor old Patrick Henry would have been wrapped up in a strait jacket by the modern psycho system, while Barney Frank is celebrated like a rock star.
I’m evil that way...
Still crazy after all these years? Y2K? In 2000, George Bush was running for President, and Al Gore was still considered a sane man by almost half of all voters.
(The last major revision was the fourth edition ("DSM-IV"), published in 1994, although a "text revision" was produced in 2000. The fifth edition ("DSM-5") is currently in consultation, planning and preparation, due for publication in May 2013. - Wikipedia)
Oh, no! Did I say "over prescription"? That's expressing a judgment on mental health diagnosis. I'm insane! I'm insane!
This is the same bunch that made up ADD? I think that psychiatrists are responsible for most of what is wrong woth the country today. We were much better off before people started taking these quacks seriously. I would not talk to one if they were the last other person on earth.
Like William Ayers? :)
A medical professional Freeper told me he views the DSM as much an insurance billing manual as a diagnostic/classification tool.

Symptoms
By Mayo Clinic staff
It may be tough at times to recognize the difference between a strong-willed or emotional child and one with oppositional defiant disorder. Certainly there’s a range between the usual independence-seeking behavior of children and oppositional defiant disorder. It’s normal to exhibit oppositional behaviors at certain stages of a child’s development.
However, your child’s issue may be ODD if your child’s oppositional behaviors:
Are persistent
Have lasted at least six months
Are clearly disruptive to the family and home or school environment
The following are behaviors associated with ODD:
Negativity
Defiance
Disobedience
Hostility directed toward authority figures
These behaviors might cause your child to regularly and consistently show these signs and symptoms:
Temper tantrums
Argumentativeness with adults
Refusal to comply with adult requests or rules
Deliberate annoyance of other people
Blaming others for mistakes or misbehavior
Acting touchy and easily annoyed
Anger and resentment
Spiteful or vindictive behavior
Aggressiveness toward peers
Difficulty maintaining friendships
Academic problems
Related mental health issues
Oppositional defiant disorder often occurs along with other behavioral or mental health problems such as:
Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
Anxiety
Depression
The symptoms of ODD may be difficult to distinguish from those of other behavioral or mental health problems.
It’s important to diagnose and treat any co-occurring illnesses because they can create or worsen irritability and defiance if left untreated. Additionally, it’s important to identify and treat any related substance abuse and dependence. Substance abuse and dependence in children or adolescents is often associated with irritability and changes in the child’s or adolescent’s usual personality.
When to see a doctor
If you’re concerned about your child’s behavior or your own ability to parent a challenging child, seek help from your doctor, a child psychologist or child behavioral expert. Your primary care doctor or your child’s pediatrician can refer you to someone.
The earlier this disorder can be managed, the better the chances of reversing its effects on your child and your family. Treatment can help restore your child’s self-esteem and rebuild a positive relationship between you and your child. Your child’s relationships with other important adults in his or her life such as teachers, clergy and care providers also will benefit from early treatment.
?????
Are you saying that he is defiant, disobedient and hostile?
Or are you saying that he is now the authority figure?
Or maybe both. :-P
Causes
By Mayo Clinic staff
There’s no clear cause underpinning oppositional defiant disorder. Contributing causes are likely a combination of inherited and environmental factors, including:
A child’s natural disposition
Limitations or developmental delays in a child’s ability to process thoughts and feelings
Lack of supervision
Inconsistent or harsh discipline
Abuse or neglect
An imbalance of certain brain chemicals, such as serotonin

Someone posted here that yes their are about 1.5 million in our armed forces but there are 18 million registered deer hunters.
Most in the military would not take up arms against us.
I know. It’s like a CV of the administration.
“Oh, no! Did I say “over prescription”? That’s expressing a judgment on mental health diagnosis. I’m insane! I’m insane!”
The biggest red herring to the psychiatrists is “refuses medication”.
You don’t want to eat our toxic, mind altering, brain damaging, Chemical Lobotomizing Poison? You MUST be truly insane...
If it was filled with radical Moslems, homosexual activists, illegals, Obama youth and ACORN types, they might, which seems to be the plan.
Now that would make my day :-)
