In Maryland's Fifth Congressional District, long-time incumbent congressman and House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer attended a forum with Republican challenger Charles Lollar on Monday, October 18th. You can see from the first video that Hoyer wasn't pleased with Lollar's response to the current question (starts at 2:47 in the video). In fact, Hoyer has some words with Lollar that are inaudible because Hoyer's microphone is off.
Later that day I received word from someone in attendance that after the forum concluded Hoyer punched Lollar in the back. The person said that Lollar turned to Hoyer and brushed it off. Once again Hoyer punched Lollar in the back and Lollar turned and the two exchanged words. Lollar held a press conference on Tuesday October 19th where a reporter who witnessed Hoyer punching Lollar questions Lollar about the incident. Lollar indeed confirmed Hoyer punched him, not once, but twice. And in the exchange Hoyer said to Lollar, "I'm coming after you."
The question from the reporter starts at 4:55 into the video. Also, notice how Lollar responds to the situation.

A white Congressman punches his black opponent? Sounds like a racial incident to me. Like the Congressman who supposedly got spit on at the Tea Party demonstration.
I heard Lollar on Sean Hannity’s show a few weeks ago. Very impressive guy; his charisma and positive attitude were evident—even over the radio.
As for a dust-up between Lollar and Hoyer...my money’s on the Marine.
Mr. Lollar missed out on a prime opportunity: When an azzhole puts his hands on you, take him/her out.....
Neither flaccidness, debilitating disease, old age, female-ness or any other physical infirmary stops s bully, or mean whacker. Do you remember Hoyer as having any characteristics of a bully or spiteful whacker?

Some of Hoyer’s supporters must be getting tired of him as well as recognizing Lollar is a good man.

Now his worst nightmare has happened ~ he's got a black Republican opposing him.
Best bet for Maryland voters is to put in a Republican and get rid of Hoyer ~ he's all used up and will be in a terrible minority the next 14 or so years.
Nancy leaps into the back pulling her britches up and acts like she's not there ~ and the US Marine asks "What you doing there boy?" And Stenny says "Why, nothing".
The US Marine grabs Stenny by his collar and pulls him out the window while Nancy scurries to the back and opens the back door.
The Marine then grabs the upper lip of the door where it meets the roof, and deftly swings himself into the driver's seat while telling Stenny "Well, then, boy, get outta' there and let a man drive" whereupon he peels rubber and the Nancy woman rolls out the back, and the door slams shut.
An allegory for our times!
It must be horrendous, being so damned stupid, that you punch a worthy opponent in the back twice.
Stimply Hoyer will still probably win, given Maryland’s generous Stuck-On-Stupid vote.
