UPDATE:

NEW YORK (Reuters) – U.S. authorities were investigating on Friday “potentially suspicious items” on cargo planes that landed at airports in Newark, New Jersey, and Philadelphia, the Transportation Security Administration said.

“Out of an abundance of caution the planes were moved to a remote location where they are being met by law enforcement officials and swept,” the TSA said in a statement.

A New York police spokesman said a United Parcel Service delivery truck was also being investigated in the city’s borough of Queens

Minutes before, CNN reported that another flight
is being investigated on a flight from Paris to
Chicago due to the discovery of a possible suspicioua
item disguised as as toner cartridge, originating
from Yemen.

It was manipulated and changed .. a few additional
items in the box .. no explosives were found;
but, the law enforcement antenna are up.

Those mostly apply to packages shipped on board commercial *passenger* aircraft, not cargo-only aircraft.
