The only reason Harley's have loud pipes is that the riders have personality problems. Even Harley riders can't stand the loud pipes, they wear EARPLUGS! Either that or they are already deaf.

It was likely left behind by one of the many jihadist groups now training in the USA and Canada. There was one group in Washington State.Another one in upstate New York, Islamberg.
The miitary did not likely drop it, these things are COUNTED
repeatedly if removed from arsenal.
The serial numbers will tell the tale.But will we ever know? Unlikely.
My bet is that it was stolen from a US military installation, but it is strange to be found near a Canadian Naval base.Another jihadi training run? THe Canadian Navy has no use for these, I doubt there are any on the base.

Could also come in quite handy at 3:00 in the morning when some inconsiderate bozo drives his boom-car, crap music a-thumping, thru the neighbourhood ...Yeah, it's like the really rude effin' terrorists that launch mortars and rockets at our bases at 3:00 a.m. or thereabouts and we have to drag out of bed and hang out in a bomb shelter.
At least the stupid terrorists could launch stuff at a reasonable hour like 8:00 p.m. I mean, is that asking too much?
