I’m peeking in on a DC live cam here:

http://app.ddot.dc.gov/services_dsf/traffic_cameras/map_15.asp

Doesn’t look like much of a crowd so far. Leaves falling off trees won’t give much cover for claims of thousands standing in the trees to avoid the sun.

Other cams are available at the site too. Don’t see any portapotties though,

I’ve been looking at the one at 7th and Independence (I don’t have a clue what is where in DC) and there is a steady stream of young pedestrians with back packs. Also saw several buses.

Which camera are you using?

Hey, I looked at those traffic cams to and it looks like a ghost town for DC-especially given that the museums open up at 10. Our local news (WTOP) said thousands are attending the rally and people should hurry down. What a hoot! On 9/12 the same radio station simply said an “event” was taking place and people should avoid the area.
