I had the same problem so you are not alone on that! Computer said there was a firewall up...possibly a rogue one somewhere because my computer checked out fine...wasn’t my firewall blocking it.
I was finally able to get on.
And boy, it really looks good.

I am 67 years old and this is the biggest GOP and conservative political victory in my lifetime. The odds are that, for the rest of your life you will never see a victory like this again. You are hard to please.

Pa. looks very nice in Red! except in dark entrenched areas. Pittsburgh just never learns...they are always up for the handouts bigtime. Still in resevership last I heard, while they cowtow to the Obama Whitehouse.
This is a massive blow-out. We had no hope in the Senate this go round because of the seats in play. ‘12 was always to be the good chance because 20 Rats are up. We won a lot so far. Toomey and Rubio are even OUR people. This is a winner and we ain’t done yet.
Democrats can’t win without their moderates. This spells worse doom for 2012.

We voted in a really good Attorney General, too, solid Republican, pro death penalty, law and order guy.
I think we may have put Harmer in the House; taking a Dem seat.

On the other hand we made the Ds spend lots of time and money here, and that helped the other states, I think.
all I know is that we have Col Allen West winning a huge seat in Florida, with a smart looking and smart talking handsome new Pub Senator, with Toomey and Kirk and Kascich and Kristi Noem and Nikey Haley....I could go on and on....
this is a wonderful night....

Rats! Lange closed to within 820 of Braley then faded to lose by 4200 although Braley didn’t get a majority. Had Branstad done as well as the judicial removal votes the extra coat tails might have carried Lange over the top. Loebsack barely reached 51% and Boswell 50.6% to give the Rats 3 seats, whereas the GOP won 2 seats by 65%. With Branstad and (I hope, but am not certain) 1 house of the legislature, and likely losing a seat in Congress Iowa do better after redistricting. We did throw out the 3 supreme court judges (all three rejected by higher % than selected Branstad), but with the constitutional convention call failing and the Rats still holding the Senate we aren’t going to be able to fix gay marriage nor are we going to be able to fix the judicial selection process this go around. We need to reload and hope for Presidential coat tails to take the IA Senate next time.
Yup... the Democrats have been reduced to being a party of Far Leftists. The more they support Obummer, the worse it gets for them over the next two years. They have no light at the end of the tunnel and Republicans will probably claw back the Senate two years from now to check him if he wins a second term.

What is interesting is how many Republicans came from behind in the vote tallies tonight. Over and over again the Democrats took early leads only to have the Republicans come back and nip them at the end of the count.
