It was a head to head contest in a primary, and one candidate easily defeated the other, until you can face reality and deal with that, then you are just doing childish whining, and wishing, and deluding yourself into the fantasy that your guy was not a loser.

I repeat you don’t have a clue, and you ASSume that I went to school in DE. Incorrect again.
Populatlion/landmass ratio does count and to discount it shows true ignorance.

Have a good day.

You're used to big states. SHE WON IN TWO OF THREE COUNTIES. And New Castle county is a corrupt Dem stronghold.

Corruption? Remember, Miss O'Donnell got caught lying to potential donors, claiming she won two out of three counties in 2008. She hadn't won any.

As of now, it's 56.5% to 40.1%. AND I STILL SAY: Every New Castle County ballot should be examined and re-counted. BY HAND!

In 2008, she lost Kent County 43% to 57% and claimed--until caught--that was a win. What is this result--a statewide landslide for her?

I'd like to meet these throngs of Christine O'Donnell fans you claim are hanging out in NCC. I spend a lot of time there, but you must be there full-time, since I just see overwhelming mockery and distaste of her. You sound like the Yazidi...what, are there a million Christine O'Donnell voters living under Iron Hill and we should just trust you about it?

She had lots of outside money, but remember she has a history...people in NCC know her and don't want her.

They're wrong. Many voters went out specifically to stop her. People in one office I know organized a party around the theme. Some of the more enthusiastic participants were those saying they don't normally vote except in presidential eections.

I hoped many were closet Republicans, but I know that's not true. Voter turnout was down, but it suppressed Republicans, not Dems.

Please cite where you see that in the election law. All I see is based on total votes, regardless of how many acres of farmland there is.

What this shows is we need to take down the old media, and soon. Far too long they control the message and content.

And there is no doubt in everybody’s mind that there is a well-coordinated effort aimed specifically at taking down conservative woman candidates.

Once they established the meme that any conservative woman as extreme, whacky (nutty), troublesome past (false accusation if necessary), [the list goes on], that is the impression stuck in general public.

For some states that have smarter general public, it could be overcome. Unfortunately for my state (DE), they’ve been spoon-fed too long to have any effective functional brains.

Having 49 strong conservatives in the Senate means nothing, if they cannot set the agenda.

And it also means nothing if we have RINOs running the majority.

It should be a lot easier to elect a conservative in a conservative district to replace a RINO, than to expect the conservatives to only fight in swing and liberal districts. That game lets the RINOs have seniority and run things, even if they are a minority of the Rs.

Watch Braveheart again, and consider the ethics of the Scottish 'nobility'.
