This was a VERY important win.

This was the contemptible character who authored the piece of legislation (not yet voted on) that would essentially give the federal gov’t authority over ALL water in the U.S.

Not just public waters, like rivers and lakes. But small streams, ponds on PRIVATE PROPERTY. And here out west, that includes the runoff from your roof after it rains. In other words “All your water that are belong to us” or something. If I remember right, I believe Mark Levin said this legislation would have some connection to the U.N. as well.

A dangerous enviro-nut gone. Good job, Minnesota!

That is just the summary. The full legislation is a lot more detailed.

I didn’t see a reference to the UN in it; and I’m too tired right now to read the entire bill. I may be confusing it was an international treaty thing or I’m just mixed up.

250 seats, 6-7 Senate Seats and 9 Governorships... I’m in a party mood. This is a moment for the ages.

YES! Bye bye Oberstar. (too bad Obey (WS) isn’t joining him)

Well Peterson wasn’t in danger. So Walz was the only other one we could have got. Too bad. Gov is close. Rat up by 10k.

Barella narrowly lost in NM but Pearce won.

Carnahan (the male) nearly lost, so close. Damn.

Looks like we’ll be just shy of the 246 in 1946 but it will be most GOP House since then.

Nice state leg gains. MI, PA, OH, NC!, IN, TN, MT, NH looks like a huge GOP edge, how did Lynch win? Got the lower house in Iowa but not the Senate. Close but no cigar for New Mexico House (rat forever I forget if we’ve ever had it). I don’t know what happened in Bama. Sad failure in Nevada.

Potential disaster in NY. Senate is up in the air, sounds like the rats will keep it. The rats could go hog wild in redistricting there. I do note though that we beat the State Senator up north that the (DC not local) rats wanted to run for the 23rd CD, Dan Aubertine.

Lisa Murkowski, uhg. Please no.

The GOP took over the WI and MN statehouses.

I am sorry about Alaska. We do not need Murkowski back in Washington.

The pick up in governors is huge this year due to redistricting.

Maybwsome of the B.S. Gerrymandered voting districts can be erased.

Omg the MN house AND Senate! We need the Governorship to go with it.

Haven’t had the MN Senate since 1972 I think.

The GOP will pick up more seats in 2012 thanks in no small part to all the statehouse gains tonight, which were critical. That’s the most important achievement that this win has produced.

Of course. I got him confused with......Ron Kind who won. Pretty much the only rat survivor in Wisconsin outside of safe seats. Except for LaFollette the SOS who won narrowly. ;/

We cleaned up in WI. My aunt and uncle (libs) will be sad. ;D
