A thought just hit me, if they want to "forbid restaurants from offering a free toy...", I would just turn it around on them, and advertise that I was, in fact, just selling the toy, and throwing in a free burger and fries....

(Fairness= no freedom of choices if the elite feel the choice is bad and outside of accepted group norms for an accptable sugar, fat, non-organic and meat free diet.
