Oklahoma’s (demorat) AG declined to join the suit against Obamacare. Republican AG was elected last night with the commitment, among other things, to oppose every federal act that violates the Tenth Amendment and is contrary to federalism. I have an appointment with him next week to discuss entitlements and unfunded mandates. I am sure we will have a very broad, robust discussion. I believe that he has committed to allocate one of the assistant AGs to the federalism issues.
