Kass: Mayor OBama? Yes he can!
Take that executive experience and bring it home to Chicago
John Kass
November 5, 2010
Those Republicans arent done giving our president a shellacking, and now the Washington media is urging him to reveal his feelings, hoping hell squirt a few tears for the cameras.
So theres only one thing for President Barack Obama to do:
Quit.
Yes, quit. Obama should return from India after paying that whopping Taj Mahal Palace hotel bill for his entourage out of his own pocket and resign the presidency immediately.
Then he can come home and do something truly productive.
Like run for mayor of Chicago.
Im not kidding. After two years as president, Obama finally has some executive experience, which now qualifies him for the mayors job.
It just doesnt look like Washington is going to be much fun for the guy. Especially with all those newly elected Republicans led by the Speaker of the Tan lining up to fight him by invoking the will of the people.
Will of the people? Not in Chicago. Obama shouldnt have to stick around Washington and deal with that kind of aggravation.
And what about all those Washington parliamentary tricks? We have them in Chicago, too, but theyre real simple.

“out of his pocket...”?
“executive experience”?
Still drinking the bong water.....
The only executive experience Obama has is setting in the WH and spending other peoples money at least now he has some adults to slap his wrist when he grabs the piggy bank and stop his let’s try this games.
Great idea.
Sounds like a win (for the public), win (for Democrats), win (for Obama) situation. The only losers would be Chicago voters, but decades of history suggests they long ago resigned themselves to swamp politics. I’d say they deserve anything emerging from the swamp...
Chicagoans are happy with their system. Their goal is to make it work for them.
