I spend quite a bit of time in England (not surprising considering that my wife is English) and this actually has nothing to do with liberalism or political correctness. The English refer, correctly, to people from the continent of Asia as “Asians”. They also refer, correctly, to people from the Orient as “Orientals”. It’s us, who incorrectly refer to people from the Orient as Asians.
Give the bastards something to weep about..cut their wee wee off and then throw them in with queers ..
I am no fan of the PC crowd. But this is a British usage of the term Asian. India and Pakistan are on the continent of Asia. Asian in British English means anyone from the continent of Asia.
I have no doubt that these Asians will get a slap on the wrist because they are part of the great multicultural rainbow that gives special privileges to Muslims of Pakistani origin. So what if they rape a 12 year old non-Muslim white girl? That is part of their Muslim culture and non-English culture is so precious.
Muslims do have their wee wees cut already.

My wife is Vietnamese. She prefers the term Oriental. She says Russians, Pakistanis and Indians are Asian.

Yes, that was exactly what I knew when I saw the headlines. There have been other reports of Muslims raping and abusing white girls in UK and other European countries. I also read that Pakistanis were disproportinately the pimps in UK

I’ve just always referred to Japanese, Koreans and Chinese as ‘oriental’. I’ve just learned that’s a big PC no, no. Then again, I grew up a southerner knowing ‘blacks’ and ‘African Americans’ as ‘colored’ people. That became a huge no, no and now there’s a new movie out using the descriptive ‘colored’. What gives? I swear, the older I get, the more confusing it becomes. I suppose if you’re the right skin color, you can call yourself whatever you like.... I’ll be glad when I’m too old to care.
How long were the girls being monitored before anything happened?
Russia is also part of Asia. Do you think if the men were of Russian descent the press would describe them as “Asian”? What in your estimation accounts for the difference? Could it be PC? Could it be that a liberal treasonous press would want to blur the very distinct line between the behavior of two groups of people for the purpose of lending cover to the protected class?
You know, if we had a little bit more vigilante justice in response to these heinous crimes ... we’d have a lot fewer heinous crimes.

Actually, it’s not PC, it’s just the UK worldview. People from the ME, India, Pakistan, etc are called Asian.
I believe in the law, but these creatures deserve to be fed alive to Komodo Dragons.
