If I had to guess it appears to me that zero wants to transfer the last few jobs over here to India. Further gutting the US of any meaningful jobs we might have. But then that’s just a guess.

Agreed. The media will attempt to moderate conservatives, and paint them into a corner.

Morning AB, All. As always, thank you AB for doing this thread.

So it was a mixed bag last Tuesday but mostly good. My candidate here in the swamps of Delaware didn’t do too well. Just one more time I will point out an obvious truth, than on to a rumor than on to a smarmy comment for which I am famous.

Besides Christine O’Donnell, there was another major election going on here in Delaware, that of a Glen Urquhart, a Tea Party conservative choice who was running for Delaware’s one and only seat in America’s House. He would have been replacing Mike Castle.

Both O’Donnell and Urquhart lost by about the same percentages. Both won two out of three Delaware counties, which is notable except that the one they lost was the one with some 74% of Delaware’s population. Before you hear the snotty Blue Blood GOP Ruling Class go on about what a bad candidate COD was, it is considered that Urquhart ran a wonderful campaign and was a splendid candidate. And he lost by the same % as COD so tell the snotballs to shut the hell up.

Twas not meant to be yet for a conservative to win in Delaware and I’m okay if that’s how it is. All this snootiness about COD being a bad candidate and that’s why the loss is nonsense, the comforting lies of the Ruling Class Blue Blood GOP that they avoid the truth.

There’s rumors abounding here in the swamps that Mike Castle was offered a position at the EPA if he would not endorse O’Donnell. Castle needs only two more years to complete 20 years with the Feds. The guy is 70 years old and no where near poor BUT, couple more tidbits to consider. Another rumor flying around before the primary was that Castle was, if elected, only going to serve a couple of years before turning that senate seat over to Beau Biden. Just how this would come about….well they’re all in it together in the swamps and I suppose whoever would be Governor come time for Castle to retire would appoint Beau Biden. Castle needed two more years….keep this in mind. Also, the EPA, the parent and overlord of Cap and Trade, the bill Castle voted FOR in the House….hmmmm. At the time I thought that bit about Castle leaving in a couple of years to hand the seat to Joe’s son Beau was odd but coupled with the alleged promise of two years with the EPA for not endorsing COD….it has a ring of truth to it.

Finally, via email lists and Delaware News Urinal editorials, to Fox pundits such as the wonderfully charismatic Karl Rove, we’ve been pontificated to quite enough thank you.

“We must “groom” our candidates better here in Delaware,” the editorial opines. “We need to “select” our candidates with more scrutiny”, the fabulous Rove scolds. “Better vetting of our candidates is definitely needed,” a writer for the Think Tank Blue Blood Ruling Class Cesar Rodney Institute warns. “The Tea Party had a good idea but went about it all wrong,” this “Thinker” goes on.

The Delaware GOP Blue Blood Ruling Class HAS NEVER VETTED, NEVER SELECTED, NEVER GROOMED, ANYBODY BUT MIKE CASTLE TO RUN FOR Delaware’s only Rep seat moving on to the vacant Senate seat!

WHAT THE HELL ARE THEY TALKING ABOUT?

All week, these snarky, snooty, snotty missives about how we need to do a better job of selecting our candidates when all they gave us for the last almost THIRTY years is MIKE CASTLE! And they lecture us!

Folks, take a rest, enjoy the holidays, gather strength. For our next battle is to throw out these Blue Blood Ruling Class GOP .

Either they get with the ticket or we need to throw them out.

The figures for military, and others are not state secrets. They can be found and there are people on our side of the aisle who could give very educated guesses based on prior trips we know about. If we had that we would be far better off than now.

Truth is its up to us to get former Bush adm. guys or others familiar with these types of costs who are up on what it costs to transport a potus to help us with the cost side. But, its needs to be as accurate as possible and we need to do it.

Well the former Bush admin people are toooo busy bashing tea party candidates to tell us facts regarding how much this trip is costing... And President Bush never took these kind of trips anyway. And believe you me these 'jon stewart' media mouths would know right to the penny how much President Bush spent on trips. Including the mouthpieces at the Foxes.

Having been personally involved in such trips, it is very difficult to get the total costs, which are split among many agencies. This is intentional because Presidential trips are very expensive regardless of who is in the WH. Obama is just gilding the lily with this trip. Rest assured it is costing 10s of millions of dollars a day and this doesn't include the pre-advance and advance teams, which are involved prior to the trip at every place the President is going.

LOVE must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. Rom 9:12

Some are disappointed the Repubs didn’t win 100+ seats and take the Sinate; although it could have been worse you could be a Dem. What a great night for freedom as we watched victory after victory sweep across our much improved Country. America was freed from the oppressors as Patriots of this Revolution were elected across this land and even progress was made on the Leftist Coast. Sure we elected Brown the Clown and Box-a-Rocks as well as the Tennis Shoe Murray and most of the really Old Guard Soviets but there were real victories inside these socialist bastions. Here inside the Peoples Republic of Oregon we tied the state House and Sinate against all odds. This election was beyond monumental as we may have seen the biggest Revolution since Ben Franklin as we have defeated the most powerful organized syndicate ever developed. The Goliath of the DNC, the Unions and PravdABDNC took a stone right in the forehead.

This was the biggest single victory in the House since the Great Depression and FDR. For this to happen despite all the advantage the DNC enjoys proves there is a true grassroots revolt growing as Americans have become enraged over the stealing of their freedoms. They voted for the alternative 2 yrs ago over a nonstop attack on President Bush and the war from the orchestrated propaganda arm of the DNC that has become absolutely irrelevant. People no longer trust or believe the Establishment media as it has become as despised as the politicians they dutifully carry the water. The Old Media has become as corrupt as the rest of the DNC apparatchik.

This election proves the power is now swinging back to the people. There is a resurgence of pride in the freedoms and liberty we have in America. We have rejected the out of control spending as well as the loss of freedoms under Deathcare and unchecked spending. The entire Country east of the Cascades has realized you can’t continue to bankrupt the citizens w/o some serious impacts. They have rejected the paybacks to unions who have too much control of this Country. They have heard the continuous vilifying of business spending their own $$ on elections yet nothing about fat cat union bosses spending more. America understands that the $200 Million the unions spent on this election have chords attached. At a time when their pensions are criminally underfunded is there any question what those orders will be pulled for? Will the members question spending their pension funds on losing politicians?

As great as the results of this election was it is only the first of many steps. We need to set our sights on the next battle and the next. Like those Minutemen who were defeated time and again throughout the 7 yrs of their revolution and sacrificing everything, we need to follow their model. When they knew if they were caught they were hanged and staying meant getting shot can we ask any less of ourselves? We need to take a short time out and regroup to reinvigorate the charges for the next battle. If we have a similar victory even with smaller numbers it means we can bring true freedom back to the individual. We can begin to defeat communism and truly build a new Country. We have been allowing our liberties to be quietly taken away one by one and now are the time to reverse that trend.

We now have a great opportunity to finally have those townhalls the Dems refused last summer. We can discuss w/the American people if they want Deathcare or scrap the entire premise and go back to capitalism and individualism. We can discuss this bill page by page to finally let the American people know what is in it. Then we can discuss the rest of the bills the regime was so happy to pass w/o one ounce of Republican input. As more and more of these oppressive bills are displayed the educating of Americans can begin on what is and isn’t capitalism vs an all powerful socialist dictatorship. This will be the basis for the next great battle for the election of our next President. This discussion is critical in exposing the commiecrats for who they truly are and what they were trying to accomplish in destroying this Country.

We now have the power to force the Neo-Commies to debate these issues on the stage of politics. We are in such dire straits they are going to be forced to defend their politics in the open in front of the American people/firing squad. They are still in power and can no longer hide behind Bush or those evil Repubs, the light is on them. Now is the time to take our message to the American people and explain the freedom small Gummit allows individuals compared to an oppressive tyranny. This is one of the benefits of this historic win, it puts the World spotlight on our Patriots and they have the opportunity to shine it on Liberty and Free Market Capitalism. This is what we have been waiting for and time to take the battle right at their defenses. Just like the American’s on D-Day rushing the Normandy cliffs we have to go straight at them and take out every clichéd argument one by one. Now is the time and this is our place in History to form a brand new Country out of this smoldering DNC mess in the image our Founders dreamed.

We win this battle for the hearts and minds of America it will not only begin to solve our financial and spiritual problems but would drive the communists to the Ash Heap of history. They can lie next to their extinct allies Stalin, Hitler, Mao and Saddamn. All their totalitarian models can be disposed in one spot of historical disgust. The best part of God’s perfect timing is we are going to debate Capitalism vs communism with one of the worst communicators ever to occupy the Oval office. We have Cornwallis surrounded and now is the time to take the battle to him and his encircled troops. The rebirth of our nation depends on our courage and heart, Fix Your Bayonets Freedom Awaits US.

Pray for America

Bill O'Bloviator also defended Obama and his Imperial visit to India (see my tag line).

He strongly blasted the 200 million per day as a false, inflated figure and as "right wing" attack propaganda....but he never gave any figures of his own.

It appears that O'Reilly, Krauthammer and others of the media establishment elite are all on the same wave-length concerning the Royal Procession and Retinue this past week.....excusing it as an "important trip for the economy", and the "massive security" was necessary......not even mentioning for a moment that the taxpayers are being ignored and damned concerning the bill.

Do these snoots ever frame an opinion from the viewpoint of the average schlump in Peoria?

I hope Rush starts playing sound bites of the so-called faux "right-leaning" media commentators all parroting each other on cue just like he's always done with liberal anchors, media regulars and pundits.

Speaking of Chrissy spittle Mathews: his weekend guests can't imagine that Obie will be challenged for the '12 nomination..."oh maybe from a crazy Kucinich type but not a serious challenge" said Joe Klein.

They still have no clue, do they ?

speculating an Evan Bayh type will be forthcoming, although they'll need to commit soon, and that will take some cajones. Ed Rendel has positioned himself nicely.

OK folks, we need reportage!!!!

Who is watching the shows? Let us know what's being said, asked, etc!

We need memes and themes.

Reporter badges are available for distribution!

So is the winning way to do this to declare that we can’t reveal the real cost for security reasons?

Which is how the White House handled it.

I know that 200 million was bandied about based on an Indian media report. I hardly think that’s any big error of any import, as I beg to differ RG.

I’ll just sit and wait for the American media to dig and report the real number as I stand chastised.
