President Barack Obama said he will look for ways to control global warming pollution other than Congress placing a ceiling on it.
The new battle over global warming in Congress will target the Environmental Protection Agency, which is poised to regulate greenhouse gases for the first time, after the Supreme Court ruled in 2007 that it could treat heat-trapping gases as pollutants.

I saw a vid of bernadine Dorn-Ayers, (the bomber/terrorist) lamenting the election (@the Blaze).
At the end she said the reason they were in Chicago was to be in the “belly of the Beast” as she referred to middle America.

Still,the threat of losing their paychecks may keep the Obama environmentalist wackos at the EPA from fooling with CO2 regulation:

Correct me if I’m mistaken, but wasn’t the EPA formed solely for research purposes in finding new and/or more efficient forms of energy? In other words, the original intent was not necessarily for it to be a regulating agency.
And that is another thing I`d defund.How about a $1 dollar budget for fiscal 2011,sounds good EPA?
The most powerful agency in this country........and without any govt. oversight.
Can you defund the entire EPA i.e. 100% is the annual budget?

Issa should start with EPA hearings complete with emails subpoenas, immediately when the new House takes over.
