Congress report concedes Obama eligibility unvetted

A congressional document that has been posted on the Internet confirms no one – not Congress, not the states and not election officials – bothered to check Barack Obama's eligibility to be president, and in fact, that status remains undocumented to this day.

It's because state and federal law did not require anyone in Congress or elsewhere to check to see if Obama was a "natural born Citizen" under the meaning of Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution, according the document.

The analysis by the Congressional Research Service, a research arm of the U.S. Congress, openly admits no one in the federal government, including Congress, ever asked to see Obama's long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate. In fact, it explains no one was required to do so.

Technically, the CRS is a public policy research arm of the United States Congress that is organized as a legislative branch agency within the Library of Congress; the CRS works exclusively for members of Congress, congressional committees and congressional staff in an advisory capacity, answering questions.

Actually, The Constitution says quite plainly that anyone who has failed to qualify can not be President. Period. See my earlier post concerning the Twentieth Amendment, Section Three. If Obama did not qualify, he is NOT President. No impeachment is necessary, just arrest and incarcaration.

In addition this would mean that all legislation, executive orders, etc signed by such a usurper would cease to be legally in existence as they all automatically would be missing an official Presidential signature making them law.

You dont get to wish the past away and wake up to a world you wanted. It would be nice, but it is not real. Impeachment by congress is the only option under the constitution.

I will repeat. We need a specific law that spells out enforcement and verification. We know the early Presidents had no birth certificates. But todays presidents were born in an era of paperwork.

McCain should’ve questioned Obama’s citizenship but he never did. That’s why I don’t trust McCain at all. I often think of McCain as a democrat “Trojan horse” who made a deal with Obama.

If the sh*t hits the fan regarding Obama’s eligibility, McCain’s conduct during the election race should also be probed.
