This is outrageous!

I can go to Mexico and vote in their elections.

There is no reason to prevent ANYONE from voting in a US election.

What’s next repeal the 19th amendment? Don’t you know voting is the right of all human beings?

List your rights. The only one that counts is voting. Just like how Iraqi’s under Hussein could vote, Americans under B Hussein O can vote. That’s our main right in life.

Ha. It is the main rite by which Americans deceive themselves into believing they have rights they can exercise without penalty.

According to the Marxist progressives and G. Soros anybody here in America, whether legally here or not, has the right to:
welfare,
job,
unemployment compensation,
free lunch,
vote,
in state tuition,
emergency room medical treatment,
public education,
drivers license,
freedom from taxes,
military enlistment.

They have more rights than I do as a citizen

Yep. Check out the communist manifesto and the 10 planks required to make a country a communist country. About 9.5 of the 10 planks have been instituted in this country.

It is so ingrained into our culture, you will find various FReepers that defend one or more of those planks.

Why is this activity legal? Why is it not subject to prosecution?

If we are going to rely on voting to make up the government, we have to have sound elections.

If not, then why should we bother to do what the government says? (In the absense of force, that is. In people’s wisdom, they think only government should have the big guns. The government will use them on you to keep you in line. People NEVER learn.)

Why don't we just mail U.S. election ballots to everyone in the world, so ALL the aliens can vote?

What is wrong with these assclowns?

We need to get serious voter reform. Here are my suggestions:

1. Voter registration should last four or, at best, eight years. Everyone should be required to present themselves and their documents of citizenship/birth at a government office in order to register. Motor voter and other means of registering voters by ancillary means should be abolished.

2. All voters should be required to present photo identification to vote at the precinct. If a voter cares enough about the election, he or she will be prepared to present a legal driver license, passport, whatever. There should be no provisional voting.

3. All military people should be allowed to vote and if a state, or any portion of a state, fails to meet the deadline to send out ballots, that state shall be required to sequester, without counting, all votes in the state until the military personnel have the stipulated deadline to send in their ballots. No late votes may be accepted except from bonafide military personnel. When the deadline has passed, the votes may be counted.

The system now is inherently open to fraud and manipulation. Too often people can be worked into a froth at the last minute by election pimps and used to swing a vote to one side or another. It’s time to make voting a serious duty complete with serious requirements. I can’t fly without jumping through all kinds of hoops to prove my identity and meet the deadlines. Why should flying be treated more seriously than voting? We may not want our planes to fall out of the sky but we are watching our country fall out of the sky due to unsafe, ignorant, even fraudulent voting.

I see only one way to change the lack of voter ID. Have Congress make a law that states whatever is required to vote is required to pay taxes and vice-versa. Either clean up the voter fraud or cause a big problem for the IRS and level of taxes collected.

How about a simple mandatory sentence of 20 years in a federal prison for any conviction of voter fraud?

The system now is inherently open to fraud and manipulation.

By design. Almost all voter 'reforms' have been specifically for the purpose of building 'slop' into the system, to make more leaky points in the process for 'rats to exploit.

I agree that cleaning up our voting system should be a top priority but vested interests want it the way it is because it benefits them. Some progress may be had at the state level after the recent turnover but it will be difficult to take it as far as it needs to go what with lefty judges, the Senate and WH not being sympathetic.

WHAT BALLOTS ??????

IF they could not prove they were citizens & never got to REGISTER——then they should NOT have been given any kind of ballot at the polling places. Their neames would not be on the register.

Did they hand out ‘provisional’ ballots???? To people who cold not prove at the polling place that they were citizens?

Is there more to this story —— or is MALDEF just up to ACORN style mischief?????
