I didn’t even look at the videos on Watts Up With This. I read the comments, down to the end (as of yesterday anyway, haven’t checked any new comments today, will tomorrow).

Since I know nothing about this stuff, seeing won’t help me, I like to read what knowledgeable people say.

The conclusion on Watts is - it’s a missile.

The difference in those contrails shows that some condition was very different.

They aren't identical but very similar.

I agree it would be great to know the exact times, coordinates and direction of the camera in the original video. From what we do know the two contrails 24 hours apart match.

The object does not grow smaller with time on any of the video I’ve seen. It also was not “nearly overhead,” but was distant throughout the time of the videos—the position given by CBS was a rough estimate based on the optical illusion. The speed is similar to the jet airliner speed listed on the flight tracking, and the passengers didn’t note any launch, and that plane isn’t seen on the video where it should be (unless it’s the contrail-maker).
