Wrong! It depends upon who and what the executive order is directed and can cover the activities of the nation. IIR, it becomes law after being publish in the Federal Register for 30 days. Where I’m unclear on this is that Congress has a specific time line to reject the E.O.
Regardless, the Constitution is supreme and applies plus the E.O. can be legislated out of existence. So all is not lost! ........ :O)
Re your post 20, the Founding Fathers made the House and Senate supreme among the branches (they are not equal) for this very reason.
