Such fools. Forgive them father, for they know not what they do. Their sponsors know exactly what they're doing.

If the U.S. flag is being flown on the school grounds, I dont see why the students would have a problem with a student at the school displaying the same flag on his bike or backpack. Because they want to fly the flag of their own loyalties.
Let's send them there. Let Mexico pay for their education...or they can put their flags of other nations away.

This [anti-assimilation and disloyalty to America] is not a trait of all Hispanic Americans anymore than all German Americans or Italian Americans supported the Axis in WW2. My point was focused specifically on Mexicans, a subset of the larger Hispanic ethnic category. I'll hasten to agree that many Hispanics (Marco Rubio comes immediately to mind) are outstanding citizens, especially the Cuban exiles in greater Miami.
I think that Mexicans may present a different case. Because the mother country is in such close proximity and due to the huge surge of Mexicans (legal and otherwise) into our country, they have been able to main close ties with their land of origin.
Unlike the Germans and Italians of prior generations (who came from afar), assimilation just doesn't seem to be happening with Mexicans. And there's much to prevent it, with services like Telemundo, Univision, Estrella, Telefutra as well as signs in Spanish that the previous wave of European immigrants didn't have.
Living here in Texas (a so-called minority-majority state), it's easy to see evidence to confirm my thoughts that a large segment of the Mexican population living here remains loyal to the mother country. I pass through several Mexican areas while driving to work. Yesterday, Veterans Day, I saw the Mexican tri-color flying outside of businesses and homes and not Old Glory. Sure, that's an anecdotal snapshot, but it's what I saw.

I open PDF’s when I want to. No innate reader here. Nitro installs and unininstalls adequately.

You disrespect the beautiful flowering plant. Near center on the pic. I just hope those bastards didn’t kill it out of convenience.

Note that the Denair Unified School District calendar does have Veterans Day A small matter of semantics in this query...I note the term Unified in the school district name. Is that common usage in California?
FWIW, here in Texas, nearly every school district uses a name such as Katy Independent School District.
Not implying that one nomenclature (or state) is better than the other, of course... :-)
