A California school has done a U-turn after it forced a student to remove an American flag attached to his bike, saying the Stars and Stripes could spur racial tensions on campus.

I’m not sue-happy by any means, but sometimes idiots like these school officials just NEED a good suing.
Just learned the precise details of this reversal.
The kid can only fly the US flag on his bike if it is flown below the Mexican and hammer and sickle flags. /s
the “party of the easily offended” use litigation to get their objectives done, so why not? I hope the kid graduates and brings a BIGGER flag onstage to piss off the mexicans.

That was fast! The websites been crashed all day and the phone lines jammed.The school should have to agree to explain to all the parents why it IS ok to have OUR flag and not a foreign flag. If some of the students and parents don’t like it too bad. Just further proof if you put enough pressure on these commies they WILL back down

The right decision - at last - and only after the original idiotic decision banning the U.S. flag being displayed on a child’s bicycle was put in the national spotlight and the school officials, now embarrassed, were forced to cut the out-of-control PC crap.
Typical rats - thsy like to skulk around in the shadows and do their dirty work out of the sunlight.
These rats couldn’t take the exposure once their idiocy hit FOX News and the internet.
