Tea Party energy is at risk of dissipating due to the lack of a pressing goal to work towards

Who thinks this?? Not a single Tea Party person I know.

We have only just begun to fight!

Texas TEA parties are already working to get RINO Joe Straus out as state house speaker and replace him with a Conservative. What's this guy doing besides writing about what we should do?

Correct Mr. Roberson should attend some Tea Party Orginizational meetings.

Our Tea Party Group meets once a week, we have had two meetings since the election. We were concerned that the group would lose intrest after the election, they did not. Attendance at the meeting after the election was the greatest we have ever had. The group decided to continue meeting every week, and to form a committee to keep a close eye on the voting records of those just elected, so they can be replaced next time if needed.

Our group was organized into topic specific sub groups and they meet at least twice a month for group exchanges but also are connected on-line to assist in the communications between sub-group members. The group at large meets once a month for the general meeting and updates. We even have our own research team to take questions from the members on issues and goes out to find the skinny on it to be published on the website and position papers for the local media.

Ours has its own professional office to operate from and uses its website to broadcast general news and inforamtion. It also has its own blog for members to yak about issues.
