I’m thinking we should hold silent protest at various airports around the country.
Imagine if thousands of “non-passengers” showed up at airports and stood in line at the ticket counter. Upon reaching the counter (and it could take forever to get there if enough people show up), casually ask what time Flight number so-and-so arrives...or ask are there any seats left on flights going to wherever on Jan whatever, 2011. Keep the conversation going until the ticket person runs you off.
(Well yeah, you coulda found that info online or on the boards at the airport, but the point is to swell the lines at the counter to bring the airlines business to a halt.)
Then, after being rebuffed at the ticket counter...go get in the security line and wait for the TSA goon to tell you you can’t go thru because you aren’t a ticketed passenger.
Then, go back to the ticket counter line...
This crap is so over the top....They’re now calling for groin checks, from the inside of your leg to your torso....
The terrorist have won....
Isn't this same sort of thing being done to the American People?
Consider that the (generally) most successful and productive people are the ones who fly most, why would someone who is of that caliber submit to the self-respect damaging personal violation of being groped by a stranger or 'virtual nudity' of a scanner?
Not so long ago Americans would have to be dragged kicking and screaming to get them through such a device, and would have beat the bodily fluids out of anyone who grabbed their private parts out of the blue.
Have we come to this as a Nation? a People?
Is our success to be measured by our willingness to lick the boots of the TSA "for our safety?"
If so, the terrorists have won hands down. You are ripe for Sharia, for you have already submitted.

Personally, if I have to be groped, I'd rather be groped by a female.
Who cares if it is the same sex or not? What happens if you have a gay TSA employee? Won’t they get a sexual thrill?

It's a jurisdiction thing.
Under common law, your question has answers based on a history of legal philosophy and rulings based on the recognition of The Rights of Man (and all human beings) under God.
Under federal administrative jurisdiction, your life - your very existence - is the property of the State, and your question, since it is not and expression of immediate, crawling, abject obedience, is a crime for which you can be summarily executed.
Who determines which jurisdiction rules? Well, the feds stick out a gun first, and then if they feel like it, a badge and an explanation. But only if they feel like it.
So strip your children naked, and present them to the nice officers for examination. Or else.
