Obama Gives a Pass: TSA Wonít Touch Muslimsí Junk
Floyd Reports ^ | Nov. 16, 2010 | Ben Johnson

Posted on 11/16/2010 7:43:43 AM PST by EternalVigilance

Thirty-one-year-old John Tyner, a 31-year-old recently unleashed the “Don’t tase me, Bro” moment of airport security. While about to receive a genital check from TSA security, Tyner agreed to a search of non-intimate areas but said, “If you touch my junk, I’ll have you arrested.” However, Muslim women will not have to face such worries. CNSNews.com has reported that Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) — which is frequently tied to domestic terror plots — has been guaranteed that TSA officials will only pat down Muslim women in the head and neck area.

CAIR said Muslims who object to full-body scans for religious reasons should know their rights if they are required to undergo a pat-down, including asking for the procedure to be done in a private place. In addition, CAIR offered a “special recommendation” for Muslim women who wear a hijab, telling them they should tell the TSA officer that they may be searched only around the head and neck.

“Before you are patted down, you should remind the TSA officer that they are only supposed to pat down the area in question, in this scenario, your head and neck. They SHOULD NOT subject you to a full-body or partial-body pat-down.”

Muslim women will likely opt for the not-very-invasive security pat-down, because most consider airports’ high-image body scans a violation of Islamic Shari’a law. CNS News adds, “In February, the Figh Council of North America, a group of Islamic scholars, issued a fatwa, or religious ruling, that full-body scanners violate Islamic law.”

So, Muslim women will not be subject to a full body scan or a pat-down on much of their elaborately concealed bodies. Feeling secure yet?

Add this to the growing proof that political correctness is not merely totalitarian but suicidal. The president made an exception to airline security protocol big enough to drive a jihad through — and applied it only to the adherents of Islam. Roman Catholic nuns can be groped en masse, but Obama rushed to defend the dignity of Muslim women.

Luckily, Muslim terrorists have no history of using female suicide bombers or hiding explosives in their underwear. Consider this just another reason why one-in-four Americans believe Obama is a Muslim.

Call For a National Air Travel Boycott

The Market Ticker

11/16/2010

Karl Denninger

If this is what Janet Napolitano wants, it's what she should receive.

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano on Monday vehemently defended her department's use of advanced imaging technologies and pat-downs at U.S. airports, saying to do otherwise would be "irresponsible" and that passengers who don't like it can "travel by some other means."

Works for me.

THIS IS A NATIONAL BOYCOTT CALL....

Napolitano to American Travelers: We’ll Take Naked Pics of You and Touch Your ‘Junk,’ and You’ll Like It!

Pajamas Media

Nov. 16, 2010

Time was that telling a government agent not to "touch my junk" was so obvious that citizens didn't need to bother. Thanks to Janet Napolitano, now we have government agents groping nuns and taking naked pictures of the rest of us.

Has this been verified? Incompetano danced all around this issue in a recent interview. If Muslim women are really treated in a more lax manner than the rest of us, the information should be shouted from the rooftops and on billboards across America. The frogs need to revolt.

Is this true?

Can anyone cite the source for this? This does not pass the smell test. If true, then all you have to do is proclaim yourself Islamic to the TSA personnel, and you get a pass. It's not like there is a card that you get when you are Muslim.

I’ll say it. The enhanced securtiy put in place was for and because of muslims. Now,the grand jihadist, Ibn Obama is giving them a free pass, violating all the rules of security which were put in place to monitor a specific group~~ Muslims.

What needs to be done is have a fatwa against flying as it is unnatural and Mohamed would have never endorsed it. Flying is for birds.

This makes me sick. They are groping 3 and 6 year old American children, nuns, grandfathers and vets, but are putting in place reduced security for the muslims that are the terrorists. Is this whole process being done to humiliate Americans and habituate them to even sexual abuse by authority figures?

Planes going "boom" coming to a airport near you.

Two things:

My grandmother immigrated from England in 1912, shortly after the Titanic went down. People told her father that it was too dangerous and that he should cancel the trip. He said, "No, this is the best time to go. Everyone is looking for icebergs now, so it's never seen safer."

Obama has opened a window of vulnerability. Now, we are NOT looking at Muslim women, and it's never been more dangerous. There is no way I would fly right now -- any Muslim with mischief on his mind knows that conditions right now are better for an attack than they are likely to be later on. Why wait?

In constitutional law, certain rights protected by the due process or equal protection clause that cannot be regulated unless the regulating law passes a rigorous set of criteria (strict scrutiny). Fundamental rights, as defined by the Supreme Court, include various rights of privacy (such as marriage and contraception), the right to interstate travel, and the right to vote.

I thought the whole purpose of the body-scanner was precisely to see what was under the burqa since Muslim women refuse body-searches. So now everybody else gets the full body treatment and burqa-babes are exempt?

If they're going to do this, it has to apply to everyone and if that means no Muslims on the flight, where's the problem?
