Local law enforcement, led by the District Attorney's Office, is hopping mad that 52-year-old Lawrence Joseph Brown is scheduled to be released to Orange County from Chino State Prison tomorrow after serving 25 years of a 49-year sentence for brutally raping two young girls after kidnapping them in broad daylight.
"Please help me spread the word to everyone in California that a few unelected, unreviewable, anonymous bureaucrats and psychologists have decided that starting November 17, a dangerous, violent sex offender will be a free man to walk the streets of Orange County and prey upon our children," DA Tony Rackauckas said at a press conference today.

The American people have got to be, in one sense, about the most patient people in history.
He has to be listed on an offender registry. Plaster his picture on every telephone pole so his life becomes misery. Who would hire this guy? Is he going to be a welfare case? Should have been gelded.

This guy is the tip of the iceberg. In a few months, CA is simply going to open its jails and let everyone out. They’ve got to do that, or they won’t have the money to pay the pensions for the retired prison guards.

In Brown's 10 days of freedom -- he became a transient and failed to charge his sex offender GPS - ultimately getting sent back to prison for violating his parole. Finally, only after our continued inquiries they evaluated this inmate . and mysteriously, he is safe to return to our community. Our community can't afford to be exposed to this type of danger. We are going to use every weapon in our legal arsenal to ensure Brown does not hurt any more people.
This is just incredible.
This guy has already been paroled in the past year. He violated his parole and did not live where he was supposed to live.
And yet these buffoons think it is OK to parole him again.
Only Liberal Democrats could be this stupid.
Who knows what horrible things he did in those ten days he was on the streets free to make his fantasies reality?
He will probably join the TSA so he could continue doing what he likes to do.

He survived in prison for 25 years because I’m sure he was isolated from other prisoners. Ever watch “Lockup”? The regular prisoners look for any opportunity to kill molesters. It’s a badge of honor to stab one of these creeps.
That’s what the media wants you to think, and what the lockup folks say they do when performing for the cameras, is quite different from when the cameras are off.

Well...the street where he DID live...for awhile at least, has tonight been crawling with news crews. Cameras. Lights. Cops.
Apparently, per the news, no one would answer the door. Go figure. I hope the neighbors make it a living he!! for them, for letting that creep live there.
The sentence should have been longer than 49 years. Often, by using consecutive terms for each act, a crime like this can result in three figure sentences (as in hundreds of years).
Surely there is Marine SS in the area to take care of this vermin from distance.

Update, November 17, 2:40 p.m.: “Sickened Citizen” just posted the following comment about the impending release from prison of convicted little girl raper Lawrence Joseph Brown: “This guy is going to be located at 13071 Red Hill in Tustin. There are a ton of people there now. It’s packed with police and new agencies.”
