Airport was clogged with too many queers from SF taking flights just so they could get their junk handled by the TSA.

TSA personnel should be equipped with “erection detectors” to see if they get aroused during pat-downs.

This is good. Lets get some county sheriffs in on that act, as well.

It’s also been pointed out that airports can “opt out” of TSA. Since TSA is now going to be unionized - even though it was forbidden when TSA was created - opting out in right-to-work states might be a good move.

Good did you see they are now investigating the guy who dissented? This is about who is making money!

Duncan Blasts TSA Pat-Downs, Body Scanners

The former Secretary of Homeland Security, Michael Chertoff, represents Rapiscan, the company which is selling these scanners to his former department.

Far too many federal contracts are sweetheart, insider deals.

Companies hire former high ranking federal officials, and then magically, those companies get hugely profitable federal contracts.

The American people should not have to choose between having full-body radiation or a very embarrassing, intrusive pat-down every time they fly, as if they were criminals.

Nice. Adds a subjective aspect to the pat downs that can be used to bring charges.

“The TSA agent pressed too hard, lingered too much, seemed to be smiling/smirking/enjoying.”

“No I didn’t.”
“Did too.”

This entity’s first syllable should be pronounced as “ray”, as in “Rape-iscan”.

No surprise about the cadaverous Chertoff.

The DA is saying “skin to skin” - under clothing or over clothing......I am sure they would point out that the ones doing the screening are wearing gloves, so that can’t come under the definition of “skin to skin.” We’re on to all their tricks and defenses. As for Napolitano saying all these procedures were studied before they were put in place. Oh! I will be sure to believe Napolitano.

Let’s check out the AZ/TX/NM/CA borders, Janet and then tell us how you intend to protect us! Airplanes won’t be necessary for the next wave of attacks by terrorists - they’re walking across the borders and traveling by motor vehicles to their intended targets. What’s next in your feeble mind?

For goodness sake, get ahead of the curve - adopt a REAL BASIC SECURITY POLICY instead of reacting to every burp! Only one way to do that:

P R O F I L E!!!!!!

*******************

Hard to deliver, not impossible. One looks to details of the allegedly criminal incident, and for patterns and supporting evidence as well.

Convictions from this are unlikely, true, but this is definitely a good sharp smack in the face against TSA. They will -ALL- be more careful now.

An additional issue is tort liability, which is outside the DA’s scope of duty or authority, but not outside of the victims’ options.

Anyone getting on a plane, that has to go through these pat-downs/feel-ups, should ask these questions of the TSA agent...

Are you a QUEER ?

Have you ever had homosexual thoughts?

Does the TSA have a policy that excludes QUEERS from employment?

If the TSA has no such policy, I must assume that you may be, and or, likely are, a QUEER and any touching by you is a sexual assault.

I can just see it now...class action suit against the TSA for groping...TV commercial with a lawyer’s name if you want to call in and join the lawsuit, LOL.

What this DA said is absurd. What constitutes overly touchy...it’s so subjective...a regular “he said, she said” scenario, except since it’s same sex pat downs let’s make that a “he said, he said” and a “she said, she said” scenario.

We don’t need convictions. Thousands of indictments in Cities across America will bring BO & Big Sis’ terror campaign against the American People to a halt.

As ruled by Justice Lewis Powell a Grand Jury Indictment can be based on “...tips, rumors… or the personal knowledge of the grand jurors.”

Yes and remember BO & Big Sis are exempting their Terrorist Pals from Full Pat Downs, so they can bring the explosives onto Planes in their stomachs, body cavities or breast implants. All BO & Big Sis’ muslim Terrorist Pals have to do is wear a muslim scarf and they get passed through security with merely a head and neck pat down.

Here’s your commercial:

Have you been publicly humiliated by the TSA? Have you had your genitals fondled in Airport security by a 300lb woman with while her eyes rolled back into her head and she uttered unintelligible moans?

Have your breasts been groped by a toothless old man?

Have your children been felt up by a Barney Frank look-alike?

Are you a Nun who has been stripped searched?

If you are any of these or were molested in other ways at Airport Security and want to participate in a class action lawsuit against the TSA, please call the attorneys of, blah blah blah....

These TSA agents should be refusing to participate in this. If they ‘follow orders’ they ought to be terrified of prosecution and being registered sex offenders.

It is verboten to make an off color remark in a work place, but government employees are being paid to touch the naughty bits.

Put them all on the National Sex Offender Registry.

Some TSA agents are already there...

TSA officer accused of child sx bragged on MySpace (Orlando Sentinel ^ | 2/1/10 | Walter Pacheco)

The Orlando International Airport TSA security officer arrested on charges of molesting a minor is a fan of bondage and sadomasochism, according to his MySpace page.

Charles Henry Bennett's MySpace profile identifies him as "Master Charles or Sir." The online page shows the 57-year-old airport security guard has "many years experience" as a bondage and sadomasochism master and is looking to meet people, especially "submissive females."

Officials with the Transportation Security Administration today said Bennett has been working security at the airport since 2002. A spokeswoman at the federal agency said officials are investigating the allegations.

Former Orlando TSA officer gets probation in sex-slave case (Orlando Sentinel ^ | 6/18/10 | Anthony Colarossi and Walter Pacheco)

A former Orlando TSA security officer arrested for allegedly molesting a minor pleaded no contest to one charge today and was sentenced to 10 years' sex-offender probation.

A victim told deputies Bennett asked her to be his sex slave and fondled her against her will. He pleaded no contest to the molestation charge, while prosecutors dropped the second count as part of the plea deal.

Bennett, 58, could have received a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison for the felony.

"Are you satisfied with your attorney?" Orange Circuit Judge Marc Lubet asked Bennett during the sentencing.

"Yes," Bennett replied.

"You certainly should be," Lubet said.
