# Preclude the public’s right to grow, own, trade, transport, share, feed and eat each and every food that nature makes. # It will more than likely make Michael Taylor (mentioned above) the Food Czar. # End U.S. sovereignty over its own food supply by forcing compliance with WTO guidelines.

I have my own seeds and my own garden, and if anyone comes to shut me down, I hope to God they are well insured.

When did this bill pass, and can you send me a link. I was highly opposed to this, and posted either late 2008-2009 on this.....unbelievable.
This year I’ve dealt with Alzheimer parent, and pain in ar$e relatives, who have no clue....sorry I did not get more input on this.

Thanks for heads up, this is a terrible bill to pass.

Please post this on all liberal sites like Huffington Post, as most liberals are organic food freaks and veggie growers....they need to know what is being done, it is surprising how insane they will go over this bill,,,,if it’s explained as you did here.

You might as well add the 2 Georgia senators - they voted against cloture but they sponsored the bill. Chambliss said he voted against cloture because he didn’t like some of the wording that was added - it appears that he still supports the general idea of the bill.

Several Georgians and I are getting the same runaround response - both Senators are refusing to listen to anyone.

...and I’m saying, there is more here than meets the eye. Anytime both senators from WY and John Thune vote for cloture, something is up. These three are not your Susan Collins and Olympia Snow Republicans, and are not in the business of selling out America. Research time.

Hatch was one of the original sponsors, I thought.

I can predict that Hatch does NOT get past the Utah primary in 2 years.

Jason Chaffetz will wipe the floor with him.

Biggest problem is finding a very strong replacement for Chaffetz.

Amazing how many of those Senators live where gardens are common.

Amish—Mennonites—Mormons all grow huge gardens.

And these are the great white hope for rolling Obamacare back until we can repeal it, huh? It was an easy vote when they were in the minority, I am interested to see how it’s going to play out now that they have the power to at least defund it. Their votes will be worth a lot more now. The people who screamed and yelled in their faces opposing Obamacare when they wanted conservative votes? Who were those kooks? A majority of Americans from both sides of the political spectrum you say? Aw, who cares? It hasn’t cost oBamBam a thing, his lot are already off on the next fire we set-oops I mean the next great cause, let me check-yes, it’s DADT. They’ll be too busy stomping that huge (and I must say very well-designed) fire out. our colleagues on the right have assured me that they can set fires faster than their consituents can even react to the last ones they set. While they’re still bleating on about “Obamacare”, we’ll be setting an abortion fire over here, and a DOMA fire over here. They can’t keep up, bwaaahaahaahaa, while we get down to the REAL work which is just none of their business. Now see Pelosi, I told you we could work together if we tried-now get ‘em out there setting all those little fires so we can attend to the real business at hand.

If that's the case, could these groups file suit against this law on the basis of religious persecution?

"The greatest threat to Communism is the farmer." ~ Anonymus

You probably don't know that if Monsanto's terminator seeds contaminates a farmer's crops, that because Monsanto's seeds are Patented, then Monsanto will OWN ALL THE CROP OF THE FARMER!

By watching the Documentary film, "What In The World Are They Spraying," you will learn that organic crops in places like Hawaii are being destroyed by the toxic levels of Aluminum, Strontium, Barium, (and more) from Chemtrails leaving these toxic substances in their soils, and now the Organic Farmers will be forced to begin using these Terminator Seeds which have been specifically designed to grow crop in soils contaminated by the toxic chemicals in Chemtrails. Watch the film. Decide for yourself.

“If that’s the case, could these groups file suit against this law on the basis of religious persecution? “

Their exemption is probably already in there -
just like their Obamacare exemption.

Seems like only the Amish, Mennonites, and Black liberation theologists have true freedom.
