224 murdered souls denied justice. Instead they got him for conspiracy to destroy a government building.
Something is wrong with this picture.
The REAL Obama/Holder idea of "justice" has just been cast in stone. Freedom of the muslim terrorists, one by one, appears to be more of the "change" promised upon Americans.

This happens every day in federal court. "Air tight" cases die in the box.
In May and June of 1942, German saboteurs were captured shortly after landing on American soil. They were apprehended before they actually attempted their acts of sabotage, let alone before they were able to complete their mission.
On August 4, 1942 all eight were convicted by military commission and sentenced to death. Two of eight were Americans. Their sentences were commuted to life in prison, primarily because of their cooperation after the fact. The remaining six, they were executed on August 8, 1942, all less than 90 days after they were captured.
We were at war in 1942. We are at war today. When are we going to start acting like it?

Our soldiers convicted of “war crimes” are eligible for parole. I’ve been looking but can’t seem to find what I’m precisely looking for. Does the status of this POS mean he can be eligible for parole? If he is a “enemy combatant” is he eligible for parole?
