So you admit to flat out lies. This ‘ten minutes’ of video does not exist.
Though congratulations to the Chinese for developing and deploying the first example of a stealth missile. Totally evaded one of the most radar soaked areas in the nation, skipping by detection from Coast Guard radar, Port of Los Angeles radar, LAX’s radar installation, ATC, etc. And it must have been with federal knowledge as there were no alerts that night at Los Angeles AFB (Space Command) which is headquartered 32 miles from the supposed site of the missile launch.
I don’t think they are lying (or know they are).
I think they are quoting these so called ‘retired’ military ‘experts’ who have merely viewed the same video available to us all, which is extremely edited to produce the illusion that it is a missile.
AND, they are doing it because it gets them HITS on their site. It’s not about the ‘facts’, it’s about the conflict and thus the viewer audience that the ‘story’ produces.
JUST like Dancing With the Stars and Bristol Palin. The producers are milking the CONTROVERSY for all it’s worth. They decide who stays and goes, based on what will generate the most interest. Even if you watch it because you want Bristol to ‘go down’, you are watching it.

I think his point is that if the unedited video were released, it would be obvious that this was not a missile launch. The newscopter pilot who filmed it said he took 10 minutes of footage. CBS has only released a short, edited and spliced clip, which makes the contrail producer seem more “missile-like”.
The idea being that, if they keep the missile story alive longer, and therefore in the news longer, it will push stories that are more meaningful, such as any number of deleterious bills the lame-duck Dem congress is preparing, out of the news.

Yes, but an hour later they were looking for another one.
If it really were a missile going up and out (ie. roughly NW) at sunset you would expect the lower, wider base of the plume to be in shadow due to the setting sun. The higher narrower part of the plume should be brightly lit in full sunlight.
However, as is evident in the video, the wide, dispersed "base" of the plume is brightly lit, while the narrow "head" of the plume tends to be darker. This is consistent with a horizontal contrail of a jet headed east.
CBS stinks, but then, we knew that already.

This "Chinese missle" apparently had a Klingon "cloaking device" -- so that NO ONE (except for this TV cameraman in his magical helicopter) saw the damn thing blast off out of the water.
No one in any other vessel -- in the air, on the sea, or on the ground saw ANYTHING of this monster, except for the trail it left.In this high-tech age of ubiqutous personal electronic devices -- there were no real-time tweets about it -- no cell phone photos, no calls to 911.
The Defense Department needs to get whatever "decoder ring" the TV guy had -- since **he** was the only one -- out of MILLIONS of potential SoCal observers -- who saw it, as it was launched.

Where did you get that info from? It was reported that the camera guy stayed on the object for around ten minutes. if he meant he filmed the boost stage for two minutes and then filmed the smoke trail for 8-9 minutes, then fine. Just show that. If he only filmed for less than a minute, then come out and say that. It seems like that would be a weird place to stop filming something extraordinary, and I don’t know why the footage would have to be edited like it is, but maybe he would have a reason.

Read it, and see if you then understand, and agree that while it looks like a missile, even to some so called experts, that’s because CBS made it look that way.
It wasn’t just two minutes clipped out of 10 minutes of video, and shown to us. IT WAS EXTENSIVELY EDITED. Read the info at the link, you will see.
Given the amount of energy expended over this (probable non-) issue, I can’t seem to distinguish sarcasm from realism.
Yes, it was "reported" that he videotaped for ten minutes but the cameraman never said that. If anyone can find an interview or an article that quotes him saying that we would all like to see it.
It was a Chinese missile launched from the American Military base on Pt Magu. They were trying to shoot down a UPS airplane which was transporting a large quantity of treasury bills, and an undisclosed amount of gold bullion.
Except the plane didn’t actually have gold; they were simply gold-plated blanks, and the treasury bills were also worthless — oh, they were real, they were just worthless.
So the idea was to blow up the plane, and claim the cargo was lost.
At the last minute, it was discovered that Obama’s real birth certificate was being transported on commercial flight 808 to a WND reporter, who claims it would prove Obama was actually born in American Samoa.
Obama found out, and tried to have the missile re-targeted at the last minute. However, flight 808 it turned out had been delayed because a few passengers were overly aroused during their TSA screening, and it took a while to clean up the mess, and so the missile was unable to reach the target.
But before it could return to earth, an unidentified cylindrical craft appeared (you can see the small flash under the missile) and teleported the missile, presumably onboard, before disappearing to the south at a high rate of speed. Later unconfirmed reports say it landed in Venezuela.
Of course, the government will deny all of this. That’s how we know it’s true — they wouldn’t work so hard to dismiss the story it if it was a lie.
