David Richard Lovshin was already on probation for a criminal abuse conviction after he sexually abused a mentally impaired victim in 2005. But he didn't learn his lesson. He was witnessed by a relative taking a 5-year-old girl into her bedroom. The witness then heard screams...

When police interviewed the girl, she said that Lovshin had raped her on multiple occasions. During their investigation, detectives discovered that he'd also raped a 10-year-old girl. The second girl's injuries were so bad that doctors warn she may never be able to have kids.

Yet prosecutors took a plea this week to save the girls from testifying...

In any prison there is a pecking order. At the bottom of the pecking order is where the child abusers and wife beaters reside. A case in point is Jeffery Dhamers getting beat to death with a mop handle while the guards went to get some coffee.

Our Congress just loves to pass laws. So, why can't they pass some kind of legislation where the child does not have to give testimony in front of a crowd of people??? We can't keep letting these sick people get off easy because we don't want the child to have to go through it all over again. I remember back when a man beat his wife up enough to send her to the hospital and yet they could do nothing because the wife would not testify against the husband. So they passed a law where the police can arrest him on charges whether she testifies or not.

Dahmer wasn't alone; an inmate named Jesse Anderson, who was in prison for murdering his wife (and blamed non-existent black perpetrators to the investigating LEOs), was unaccountably on the same janitorial detail as Dahmer, and he was exterminated at the same time.

I find it odd that supposedly decent people think convicted criminals who are already incarcerated for other crimes, should be tasked with serving extralegal societal “justice” to convicted sexual offenders.
