JNR - you seem to be taking this a bit too seriously. If people have a differing opinion what harm is there in that? It isn’t going to change what happened.
Having said that, I’ve been to the museum myself. Dealy Plaza is a lot smaller than I thought it would be. Looking out of the 6th floor windows, I can easily see how a military trained rifleman could make that shot. As former police officer I’m half tempted to say I could have made that shot with my service weapon.

History channel had an excellent special a few months back on the whole scenario including Oliver Stones BS. It was excellent and debunked all conspiracy theories.

Yeah, I think the special the article mentions is going to shown tomorrow night on Discovery. Ive read every credible book, been there many times, Posner’s book “Case Closed” is a good one as is “Without Malice”....my prize and treasured book....very rare, very expensive, .....it’s about J.D. Tippit...you have about 5 eyewitnesses to Oswald killing him....and you still have conspirators that Tippit was involved....it’s whacky stuff.......

Discovery Channel (I think, could have been History Channel) did a show attempting to replicate the shot that killed JFK. Conspiracy buffs contend that bullet could not possibly have followed the trajectory it did but the test bullet performed almost identically to the real one. That settled it for me. Far more interesting in that whole tragedy was the murder of Oswald by Jack Ruby and his subsequent death while in custody.
I do not what to think, but I actually met this man Johnny in Miami at a neighbor’s party. He was a friend of their father’s. He was a government witness and later was found dead. At the time I just thought he was an old man with dark sunglasses on in the house. Kind of made me wonder about conspiracy after they found him dead.

Are you talking about the guy who made the computer simulation which claims to explain the "magic bullet" (with +/- 1 millimeter accuracy) based on data obtained from the Zapruder film, a single point of observation where the exact point of observation of the cameraman (to millimeter accuracy) isn't known? If you believe that tripe it is abundantly clear that Trigonometry isn't your strong suit.....
I’ll tell you first hand that the skepticism for many comes from the fact: 1. we don’t care enough about who killed this character to read anything much about it, and 2. We know enough about shooting to know that the Commission’s proclamation that the shooting was “very easy” for Oswald was pure BS.

Yes..on the trajectory, they ingore how Kennedy was sitting, etc. Bugliosi’s epic book, 1000 pages, released a couple of years ago, is the best of all.....he makes a mockery of all of the conspiracy theories.....one of which is that the driver of the car actually killed JFK......Bugliosi does a great job......

Posner is a good read but there are some holes with Bugliosi addresses. Posner is my friend on Facebook.....he and his wife are really nice people.....he sent me his book about the US Saudi connection free......nice guy......Tippit is a sad story in all of this......he was a very decent, very good family man......wrong place wrong time......even Oswald after he shot him is heard mumbling something about “poor fool” or somthing to that effect.....Oswald was a LEFT wing loser.nobodey like him, cared for him and he hated work......

The whole conspiracy mentality, whether 9/11 troofers or grassy knollicans, bespeaks an appalling unhealthy cynicism and intellectual frivilousness. The relative importance of the events aside, it is evidence of a mindset that is susceptible to irrational and paranoid impulses, the same impulses that embrace halfbacked gimcrack economic and political theories like Nazism, Communism and Obamism.
Yeah, I don’t agree with his politics but I am weird in certain ways. I actually believe a person with the experience as a career prosecutor who put Charles Manson away for life for Murders he didn’t commit, who wrote a book on why O.J. is guilty, one of the most thorough books on the O.J. murder..well....I actually believe he might have potential to investigate on write on this subject......silly me huh?..I should stick to you kind of comments....now that’s talent!
Applying Occam’s Razor to the entire scenario, it is clear that Oswald was the lone assassin and also planned it alone.
A giant, multi-level conspiracy would not have worked.
Someone, somewhere wouldn’t have gotten the word and/or would not have accomplished their assigned task properly.
The only plausible way to do what was done - how it was done - was for a loner to do it.
All one has to do is apply logic.
Excellent. Dennis Prager talks about this mindset and that is what is important. It’s a mistrust of Conservative Govt. by the LEFT. That’s why they don’t trust the Warren Commission.
