On Sunday’s syndicated Chris Matthews Show, panel member and former CBS anchor Dan Rather - currently with HDNET - made an over the top metaphor about the Republican Party wanting to "cut out President Obama’s heart and throw his liver to the dogs." The panel was having a discussion of the likelihood of gridlock, with substitute moderator Norah O’Donnell asking, "Isn’t there some pressure on the Republicans not to deal?"
Inspiring hysterical laughter from panel member Katty Kay of the BBC, Rather quipped: "All kinds of pressure, and I think they stated it straightforwardly - some may say it is harsh - but politically they seek to cut out President Obama’s heart and throw his liver to the dogs. That’s what it’s gonna be. They’ve said it directly that’s in their political interest, and that’s what they’ll be trying to do between now and 2012."
It sounds like the Democrats might get to Barky’s liver and heart first.

You just know that the stories of starving grandmas, homeless puppies, jobless fathers and suffering children are going to be ENDLESS now that the GOP holds the House.
The media will search high and low and no rock will go unturned to find the multitudes in misery that went undiscovered until now.
