Jury finds Ingmar Guandique guilty of murder of Chandra Levy [Condit is still a dirtbag]
Fox news Alert (Live) ^ | 22 NOV 10 | dcbryan1

DEVELOPING: A jury has reached a verdict in the trial of a man accused of killing Washington intern Chandra Levy, MyFoxDC.com reports.

Ingmar Guandique is charged with murder in Levy's death nearly a decade ago.

Levy disappeared in 2001. Her case drew attention when she was romantically linked to then-Congressman Gary Condit. The California Democrat was initially a suspect but police no longer think he was involved.

Prosecutors say Levy's death fits a pattern of attacks by Guandique in 2001 in Washington's Rock Creek Park. That's where her remains were found.

Defense lawyers say the Salvadoran immigrant has become a scapegoat for a botched investigation.

Looks like Gary "Condidit" (original Freeper name given to Gary Condit) is still a scumbag, and that yet, another, illegal immigrant killed a U.S. Citizen.

Chandra Levy

Guandique

What an inconclusive solution. Sad for her parents.

An FB expert said Wednesday that former congressman Gary Condit's DNA was found on underwear belonging to murdered intern Chandra Levy, but was not found on any clothing from the crime scene.

Giusti testified that panties taken from Levy's condo in 2001 tested positive for sperm, and DNA linked it to Condit. Underwear found at the crime scene was also tested, but an initial test found nothing. However, a second test on the underwear six years later found male DNA, he said, but that it did not match Guandique. Prosecutors said the DNA hit was a result of contamination after the evidence was removed from Rock Creek Park.

You should have left off the parentheses, the Condit reference should definitely be part of the headline.

The DC police are known incompetents. But I suspect they may not have looked too hard at first precisely becaue they assumed that Condit did it.

By the time they took it up again, the evidence was old. Whether Guandique did it or not, who knows? But it sounds as if they at least managed to pin it on someone who deserves to be taken out of circulation. Too bad he can’t just be executed, but I guess the taxpayers will pick up the rest of the tab on this, as usual. In the case of DC, I guess that means all of us.

Poor naive girl, I still say her death looks like a hit Kinky Condit contracted through his leather-biker-gang contacts

Condit’s mysterious travels throughout the streets of DC and as far away as western VA to dispose of his conquest trophies in the weeks after her disappeance cannot be explained logically as the acts of an uninvolved man

Guandique will probably suffer a “heart attack” or “beating” or “suffocation” death in prison to close out this inquiry

Of course not only did/do liberals support easy immigration but Salvadorans were given special status by libs.

Our Lefty friends also supported a “peace process” in El Salvador that abolished the security organization that kept gangs in ckeck there and thus the “pease dividend” was largely erased by a rise in common crime. The ole Guardia Nacional and the Policia de Hacienda knew how to deal with Guandiques.

Fallen ex-U.S. Rep. Gary Condit has defiantly denied under oath that he had a steamy affair with doomed intern Chandra Levy — flying in the face of allegations from police and her family that he did, NBC's "Today" show reports. Yet his sperm was found in Chandra's underwear identified by the FBI. Why wasn't he arrested for perjury?

Asked in a recent deposition, "Can you describe in general terms your relationship with Ms. Levy?" the gray-haired ex-congressman from California tersely replied: "We were friends."

"Did you relationship ever become romantic?" Condit is pressed again.

"No," he replied, according to a transcript of the explosive deposition, parts of which are set to air today and tomorrow on the TV news show.

“What an inconclusive solution.”

What is inconclusive? Chandra finally has justice. The DC police botched the investigation. Her body should have been found in within a month of her missing. This illegal should have come on the radar within the first days of the investigation.

Condit was a serial philanderer but he did not deserve to be branded as a murderer. He had nothing to do with her disappearance.

"The DC police are known incompetents"

I have heard this before.

However, it does not necessarily follow that Ingmar Guandique is not guilty because the DC Police are @$$HOLE$.

>(Condit still a scumbag)<

.
Why single out Condit for such an illustrious title, though he deserves it? He did relatively little damage to the welfare of this nation, as compared to others who are still in Congress.

By definition, ALL democrats and liberals are scumbags. It's simply an immutable code in their DNA.

And ALL illegal immigrants must be immediately incarcerated. Afterward, I'd be 100% in favor of the death penalty. The crime of breaking into a sovereign nation and robbing taxpayers (by gaming the system) is a terrible, unforgivable sin in my estimation. The wages of sin is death. And yes, that includes Jessica Colotli, too.

If we start using capital punishment as a means of swift and sure justice on these lawbreakers, that will send a clear message to those illegals who consider crossing into Our Country.

Gut instinct - the political class protected the political class. There's no way a poor immigrant can fight an organization with unlimited funds, unlimited power, and an unlimited agenda.

I think it is questionable as to wther this guy killed her.

There has never been any question that the investigation was botch.

We don’t know if Condit had anything to do with her disappearance. His despicable behavior made him “derving” of scorn IMO.

Remember the woman who accused Kobe Bryant? She had DNA from 3 different men in her drawers.
